Beautiful Beachfront, Corner 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with Gorgeous Gulf of Mexico Views. Located in the Carlos Pointe complex at the South-end of Fort Myers Beach. This complex has a beachfront heated pool, lounge chairs to relax on, shared BBQ area, indoor game room and sits right on the beautiful sandy beach.

Our corner unit is newly remodeled with many home essentials. As you enter the unit, you are welcomed by a beautifully decorated kitchen with granite counter tops, high-end cabinetry and stainless appliances. In the dining area, there is a dining table with seating for up to 6. The family room has a comfy sofa (includes a sleeper sofa) and chair, a recliner chair and flat screen TV. Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

There are many amenities provided including washer and dryer, linens and towels, Free wifi, tile flooring in main living areas, hallway full bathroom for guests and wrap-around screened in lanai with outdoor seating. The beach/water views from our unit are why you are here!! Stay active with the myriad of activities Fort Myers Beach has to offer! Make your way around town by foot by bike, car, or trolley!

Please note, during winter season months (mid December to midĀ April), our property is rented Saturday to Saturday a with one week minimum. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials around the property as a result of renovations after Hurricane Ian.

Vacation at Carlos Pointe
The property, beach and pool were beautiful. However, the couches were so beat up and dirty looking that none of us wanted to sit on them. The pictures on the on-line listing did not reflect the condition of the couches. Since the couches were the only seating in the livingroom, we sat on the chairs in the dining room. Also, the whole unit needs an update, especially the living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Otherwise, the unit was clean, the kitchen was updated, and well-stocked with utensils, dishes and pans. The bathrooms were well-stocked with towels and the beds were comfortable. Our first night there, the smoke alarm started chirping. We called the emergency number, Paul spoke with us and told us how to silence it, and he came the next morning and installed a new smoke alarm. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
