This amazing property from Cape Coral Vacation Rental in the "Forest" Country Club in south Fort Myers offers luxurious accommodations for up to eight guests. There are countless upgrades, from the Italian tile in the bathrooms to the funky European light fixtures, from the stylish fireplace to the contemporary furnishings, to mention just a few. No expenses were spared to turn an already beautiful home into a real stunner. The spacious floor plan features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, including a beautiful master bath with tub and Italian shower. The pool area faces south and includes a pool and spa. Both can be electrically and solar heated. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, this can be your private oasis away from the demands of your everyday life.

An inviting off water home in a desirable location near Chiquita Blvd and Cape Coral Pkwy in the SW part of town. The spacious floor plan includes 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds), 2.5 baths, separate living and family rooms, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Stylish furniture throughout gives the home a contemporary feeling. The electrically heated pool can be enjoyed throughout the year. The patio faces south and overlooks the backyard with its lush tropical landscaping. Several stores and restaurants are located within walking distance, while many others are just a few minutes away by car.

Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.

Great House, VRBO Service outrageous

The house was everything we wanted and more. Very good property managers. The house was comfortable, had all the elements we needed, in a great neighborhood. VRBO charged us over $720.00 service fee essentially as a finders fee. I had the impression that a portion of that fee would go towards the rental but....NOPE. I tried to reach them via their online chat and i was waiting online twice over 30-minutes to only be "disconnected". VRBO should charge significantly less that 8% service fees.
