We have stayed at other Embassy and always love staying . The room are clean and spacious and front desk staff are always friendly. What we disliked was that we get a two drink coupon per night for happy hour when prior stays at other Embassy’s gave unlimited. The bar tender was very rude and treated us like non guest. She was very short never smiled and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. And the only other thing was the pressure in the shower was low.

The hospitality with the front desk was amazing. Especially Eve, she was amazing. Our room was so hot we could not sleep. Beds and pillows need an upgrade. They came to fix the AC. The maintenance guy even went to Lowes to get us fans. Pool, hot tub was very nice.

So I will say I have stayed at this property quite a few times and have rated good in the past but not anymore. Most recently, I stayed a weekend in May and again in June as well as this past weekend in August. My stay in June had a mishap with our towels not being clean from blood stains (not acceptable). The front desk was grossed out but just offered us clean ones and nothing further. This past weekend in August we had the bar sink fill up with I am assuming to be sewage. I attached a picture of the black water that had an awful smell that happened overnight and we woke up to this. I mentioned to the front desk and she stated that since we payed thru a third party (Hotels.Com) she could not offer us any kind of refund. She could only offer us 15,000 points towards a Hilton Honor rewards. I don't use HH rewards so it doesn't help me and i believe it is only about a $30 value in points anyway. So i don't plan on staying at this property anymore and will have me rethink the Hotels.Com future booking since we have no recourse if something goes wrong. Also, not sure if Hotels.com get the most undesirable rooms but attached is the view we had. The hotel was most likely half full and hardly any cars in the lot each night.

Not to bad

The staff was very friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room looked great and the bed was ok but we were on the top floor and the toilet was constantly gurgling and refilling i guess due to all the people showering. It was extremely annoying and make it nearly impossible to sleep. Also the walls were very thing and we could hear the neighbor's tv and phone calls.

Great property, wonderful staff. The dinner options are wonderful, and I think her name Margo bartender was the best. I would go back to this Embassy Suites again.
