If you're planning on staying in shape during your vacation, you might as well visit the well-equipped fitness center or challenge your friends to a tennis match or basketball game! Then, you might want to relax, so what's better than soaking your tired muscles in the shared hot tub or enjoying a peaceful time in the sauna? Daytime in Florida sometimes is better spent in a pool and this resort offers a large, outdoor pool for guests.
You'll be sitting only 0.1 of a mile away from the Emerald Coast Parkway that will lead you to downtown Miramar Beach and all of its finest dining, only two miles west. If you're more into outdoor activities, the neighboring Coffeen Nature Preserve is a 210-acre land featuring beautiful nature, four hiking trails, and even a World War II-era missile launch facility. You might be able to witness alligators, white-tailed deer, raccoons, foxes, opossums, bobcats, and armadillos. Featuring cineplex with 3D and jumbo digital screens, New Vision Theaters Boulevard 10 is one of the most popular movie theatres nearby (less than one mile away).

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
No guests under the age of 25 regardless of marital status and/or military status.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
