This great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is located on the 2nd floor of building 2. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to create a great meal. The dining room seats 6 at the table and 2 at the bar. The living room has a flat screen TV with a DVD player. There are 2 single sofa sleepers and a full size Murphy bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and the guest bathroom has a tub shower combination. The patio looks out over our beautiful courtyard and you can see the Gulf of Mexico in the distance.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

The only thing wrong at the condo is that the chair in the den had a big hollow place and you would sink into where the springs should have been. Needs to be replaced. The master bed has a slat broken and was propped up. It fell once. The pull out couches could not be used because of the bad mattresses. They, at the very least, need a topper such as is on the Murphy bed.

Awesome property!
Loved staying at El Matador. Loved the access to the beach, jacuzzi, sauna, and so much more. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen allowed us to cook some nights and go out on others. I will definitely stay here in the future!
