Come see and enjoy our newly updated condo! We just finished our renovation and are so very pleased with the results. Completely updated kitchen, bathrooms with walk in showers, flooring, cabinets, paint, etc.

Perfect place for your beach vacation.

Luxurious ocean front west end unit with spectacular views from the wrap around balcony of the finest white sugar sand beach on the Emerald Coast. Located on the highly desirable west end of the Island Princess property, the balcony features a bar height patio set which allows an unobstructed view of the Ocean. You can watch the dolphins play in the morning and enjoy our exquisite sunsets in the evening.

You enter through a private gated lanai and enjoy a newly renovated, modern, fully stocked kitchen with quartzite counter tops and dining area. The spacious living area is highlighted with a flat screen TV, sofa and two leather recliners for another spectacular ocean view.

Our unit has three bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, large closet, flat screen TV and sliding door to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom has an updated quartzite vanity and a beautiful walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, large closet, private bathroom, updated quartzite vanity and beautifully tiled walk in shower. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, closet and en-suite bathroom with an updated quartzite vanity, tiled tub/shower.

The kitchen is updated and well equipped for the chef in your family. The living area includes a flat screen HDTV, a DVD player, sound system with Ipod docking station. Watch the action on the beach from your two leather recliners or stretch out on the sofa with a view. Cable TV and free High Speed and wireless internet service are free. For your enjoyment, a well-equipped exercise room and a comfortable card room are located on the ground floor near your elevator.

The entrance to your condo is a gated decorated lanai where you can sit with friends or enjoy a safe covered space for small children to play. Numerous beach toys are kept here for the enjoyment of our guests. Unit 616 comes with a covered, numbered parking space for your exclusive use as well as a free beach umbrella and two chairs (seasonal.)

Island Princess is located on Okaloosa Island, out of heavy traffic yet within 5 minutes of great restaurants, and it's close to just about any other vacation activity you can imagine. Enjoy this beautiful escape from a busy world!

Immaculate and Beautiful
We have been going on girls' beach trips for over 20 years. This unit is one of the cleanest and most beautifully decorated we have rented; it surpasses the lovely pictures posted. The host provides lots of details, is quick to respond and follow-up. The kitchen is truly well-stocked and so many extras are included in the unit. It very much deserves an excellent rating in all areas.

You can definitely tell the owners have gone to great lengths to update and keep this place looking beautiful. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The check-in process is easy and we were very thankful for the use of all of the beach toys. Any questions I had were answered immediately by Joy. A great spot for a vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Island Princess. Joy was helpful, informative, and kind to work with. The condo was well appointed with nice appliances, comfortable beds, and a full kitchen. We have been to the Destin/Fort Walton area many times and the water is usually beautiful and clear. This year however, the June grass and sargassum (green goo) were both pretty bad and it made it hard to swim and enjoy the water.

The condo was perfect and the kitchen was very well appointed. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The location was excellent and the beach very beautiful. Communication with the owner was outstanding, making check-in and check-out flawless. The only minor concern was the restriction on the air conditioner to not below 70, which is ok during the day but at night would need to be slightly cooler at times. But I stress this was a very minor concern and we would definitely rent this unit again. We’ve been traveling to FL every year for the past six years and this was the best place we have stayed.

Sun and Fun getaway.
We are 5 adults who come together from Mi and Utah to enjoy the sun, the beach and each other. We also like to occasionally stay in and cook. All the conveniences were thought of by the owner. The unit was super comfortable and decorated nicely. And the view!! We have stayed at an Island Princess condo in the past but this is now our yearly choice of rental. Thanks for sharing your home!

Beautiful condo with amazing views
Great beach vacation for our family. Perfect location that was not as busy as Destin but also close enough to go to whenever we wanted to. We have a teenager, preteen, and an almost 2 year old so being right on the beach with a pool was great. When our little guy needed a rest we all didn’t have to go back to the condo. The condo was beautifully remodeled with everything we needed and more! I highly recommend staying here you won’t regret it!

Only way I know how to describe this property is home away from home, every detail of this condo is perfect and it is the ideal size for 5-6 people. Beautiful touches all throughout and fully stocked with everything you may possibly need for your stay. The lanai area was an added bonus and perfect to store anything from the beach. Perfect Condo
Our vacation was wonderful, this unit was by far one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. The condo owner was easily accessible and so nice to work with. All entry info was prompt, the condo was very clean and decorated so cute. The unit was equipped as if I was in my own home; from kitchen pieces to cleaning supplies to notepads and pens! Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Elevators were quick, we very seldom had to wait. We will most definitely rent again!

We loved the location and communication with owner. We were given early admission but the unit hadn’t been cleaned. Owner apologized . 2of showers had very slow /clogged drains. Unit was VERY well stocked. Had recliners! Not owners fault but building’s management: we picked this building because pictures showed handicapped access to the beach. In fact there was NO handicapped access. Had to go down driveway , on edge of road in front of building ( building totally enclosed by fence). The handicapped access was next door in the public beach access . Process had to be repeated in reverse when finished with beach time.

Great condo!
The condo was very well stocked with everything you might need. The kitchen had everything, there were beach chairs and sand toys, and even beach towels so you wouldn’t have to pack them if flying. Would absolutely book again!

My family just got home & we couldn’t be more sad that we are no longer in this condo. The pictures are exactly what you get. The rooms are good sized! Pretty firm mattresses, but wonderful furnishings. We brought an 8 month old & we were so glad there was room for his Pack & Play and walker to run around in. The main area is so open & inclusive for all. The kitchen is stocked so well. If we’re back in the area, we will be calling Joy. Her customer service & communication was best of all the Hosts I’ve booked with!
