On arrival there was noone at the reception. It was only 8pm. When the lady came out of the back she wasn't welcoming at all. The room was fine but the breakfast was not good and hot options cold along with the coffee at 7.30 am.

I was disappointed by the run down condition. The carpets are filthy in the hallways and bunched up. There was an unpleasant odor in the lobby and hallways. The sheets didnt fit or stay on, so half the night, we were trying to put the fitted sheet on. The lobby front doors are filthy. Overall, I was disappointed considering the price of the room.

Generally a good experience, with a couple of exceptions. Housekeeping forgot to do our room and there seemed no urgency to provide any clean towels or supplies. It should also be noted that the hotel abuts a high school that starts outdoor drum practice at 7 am (which is pretty loud if you are in the back of the building)
