The only thing I didn’t like was the parking had to be in multilevel garage for extra fee but that’s due to the premium real estate area. Not a lot of extra space for free parking

So, when I booked at property, I called to confirm details and asked is breakfast included and was told yes. Not true they have breakfast available to purchase. When I brought this to the managers attention, she said she could do nothing we would need to pay, when I could see some reservations had breakfast included. She made no attempt to make to right by offering a complimentary breakfast for at least one of the mornings or give us a small credit voucher. Made no attempt to make it right. And both myself and the person sharing the room went to urgent care with what we were told was bed bugs. Will be rating you all on yelp as a do not stay. horrible customer service

Stayed on the 1st floor. All night could hear trucks, cars and motorcycles. Used Expedia to rent room and wasn’t given the Cooks children’s discount. Had to pay to park and $50 for incidentals? Ridiculous!!! Will not be staying there again. But the swimming pool was a 10 plus.
