I am rating this for price point. We got exactly as expected for the price point we paid. The room was a little run down/old but was very clean and the appliances and linens very clean almost new. This is a motel so expect motel vibes outside. We had room 208 and it honestly was better than expected - but again that’s in relation to the price point and expectations. When we arrived the AC in the room was turned off so it was quite stifling but cooled off quickly. Our room was cleans and linens replaced each day. The biggest downside is location we picked this in proximity to the stock yard thinking we would be able to easily walk. Can you? Yes it’s not walking friendly as half the walk doesn’t have sidewalks unless you walk down a hill to the trinity trails- this trail is really the only way to walk anywhere. We even walked this down to downtown after trying to walk back from downtown on main streets with virtually no sidewalks and paths ending in the middle of bridges. So don’t have high expectations if you’re trying to walk anywhere. This property was good for the price point though.

This property is located very close to downtown Ft Worth. An easy drive. It is not in the best part of town, but it is north FW. Near the stockyards. Works perfect for a single male travler. If you have a large family and smaller children, it might not be for you but that has no bearing on the ownership and staff of this location. I will stay again.

Loved that it was only 8 minutes from Ft Worth Convention Center. Need to remember to ask for ground floor my knees are killing me😁. Request that bath tubs be equipped with a nonskid surface for clientele safety while bathing.😊Will be booking again for SWVS1025 and Onyx the social kitten will be with me as well.

Stayed 3 nights. This hotel was great for the money, roadworks around the hotel were a mare, you could park easily and it's free, we got ubers them into stockyards and downtown

The man at the desk was less than personable at check-in. The A/C was turned off completely on a 97 degree day, so the room was like an oven upon arrival. Aigns all over the parking lot saying they weren't liable for any break ins made it feel less than safe. The box was uncomfortable and the springs popped every time you turned in your sleep. No coffee makers in the room or in the lobby.
