Valet brought my truck for me to leave out for the day and my center cap for one of my rims on my truck was missing, I asked the management about it, he said he would review the camera amd let me know, I heard nothing that day, when I returned I brought it up again they said they would let a supervisor know, the following morning to check out I asked again, the manager advised he got busy and forgot, he took my number again and said give him 30 minutes after 3hours I called back another said that he was going to call the manager back ao that he could call me. This was at check at 11am and it is now 7:33p.m. and still have not received a call back, This was only the valet department the rest of the hotel was amazing.

The wife and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary. The Omni gave us a complimentary cake and chocolate covered strawberries. Everyone was friendly and helping. Checking in was a breeze. The room itself was clean and nice. I will definitely be coming back and i recommend staying at the Omni if you will be in Fort Worth.

Fort Worth OMNI is a great place to stay!
Requested a room on highest floor available and received the top floor. Beautiful view. Quiet, far from elevators. Room is immaculate, clean, comfortable. Walked around the property. Very nice gym located on the 3rd floor. Also up scale Mokara Spa and outdoor pool. Bob’s Steak and Chop House on Lobby floor along with Whiskey & Rye bar where I got a good chicken Chef’s salad and took to my room.

For the most part good. The room was nice however the hallway was very loud throughout the night. The shower had some mold that should have been cleaned and the bathroom only had 2 towels.

Room was not ready at almost 4:00. We had an event 25-miles across town and needed our room to get ready! We finally had to speak to management and stress the urgency. They finally got us a room, but it certainly wasn’t a $640 per night room! The lobby was full of people and their luggage, waiting in rooms.

Excellent location with comfortable bed and quiet room despite the hotel being very busy. Walking during the day is safe, although I wouldn't walk alone at night since it's located at the edge of downtown. There are plenty of restaurants available within walking distance. Expect to pay for parking which is expensive in my opinion. There are other options close by, so check around if you're not going to be using your car much.
