This upgraded, two-story Ocean View Beach Club townhome offers an exceptional home away from home for your next beach adventure! Showcasing hardwood and tile floors, this beach getaway's first floor features an open living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and double oven, laundry room, and access to the patio. The second floor is home to the loft and includes the main suite with a spa-type bathroom. Two guest bedrooms on the second floor share a balcony too! Central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, four TVs, a DVD player, a gas grill, and complimentary WiFi round out the home essentials.
On-site, you'll have access to the resort-style outdoor pool with a sundeck and separate kids pool, a clubhouse with a multi-purpose room, billiards, fitness center, spa, and steam room, and a multi-sport court for pickleball, basketball, and bocce ball, and community trails.

Things to Know
The fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age six and above, while using our amenities, including the outdoor pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters gain access to the Clubhouse and outdoor pools using homeowner access cards.
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
