Surprised :(
the location is wonderful. The property has no grounds as the whole yard is taken up in weeds and poison ivy. No place to play games etc. There is no place to actually sit outside. The lake is across M22 and it is a nice place to spend time. The house itself is ancient (100 years old). The first floor bath is tiny and grimy. Almost every room on the first floor has a small unmarked step up or down. I fell once but luckily caught myself on the back of the couch. The kitchen was large and had lots of room for supplies. We loved the beach although we didn't know we had to cross M22 to go there each time. The lake was wonderful.
