Staff and cleanliness all very good. The offered breakfast was satisfying, with various choices. Readily available luggage carts for move-in and move-out. The downside: very nice and comfortable room, but the king bed had a poor mattress (causing poor sleep); the A/C did not seem to cool adequately without constant adjustments (could not determine which); the ice machine on the floor stopped working resulting in 'no ice'; the in-room coffee maker only had pods of decaf coffee; on my last day the restaurant coffee maker was out of order and the coffee pot available only contained lukewarm coffee.

I love a good shower with great water pressure and this hotel did not disappoint. Also, I left my suitcase in the room and received a call from the front desk. We couldn’t return right away but when we did it was waiting for us and nothing was removed from it.

Our initial room was dirty. There was spit and hair in the shower and a mouth floss on the floor. It was reported and the front desk clerk showed another room which was also dirty. We were then moved upstairs to another room. On the day before checkout we were back to the room at around 4:30 pm. Our keys were not working. I had to go to the front desk to have them reprogrammed. Upon entering our room no housekeeping had been done and both trashcans were full. I would not recommend.

Room had a bad odor when we arrived. The refrigerator had not been cleaned and it had spoiled food in it. I asked office to clean but it never happened. I took spoiled food to front desk. Smoke alarm was faulty. Maintenance came to repair and left dropped batteries on the bed. One of the blankets had stains.

This property was not kept well. The rooms were extremely old and needed updating greatly. Upon entering the room it had a terrible musty smell. The commode had a hard time flushing also. Just was not a very nice stay. The bed was comfy though and the staff was very nice.

There was trash under the vanity when we checked in. The clerk that checked us in made us feel as if we were checking into the Bates Motel.
