The rates were very good compared to prices for comparable rooms within the city. The motel rooms are dated and when renovations are completed this will be an excellent motel for price and location.

We stay often as it is convenient to my son in Upper Kingsclear. The staff are very friendly and nice to talk to. Since our last visit they opened a French bakery and it is to die for! Beautiful baked goods and though I don’t like coffee the smell of the coffee is amazing.

The TV did not work properly at this location, even after staff stated they fixed it, but we managed to plug-in our laptop to use our own streaming services. Water was turned off for a number of hours during our stay, due to construction on other rooms in the motel. Hot water takes several minutes to get through the pipes, to the room. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

Several things broken in room, like window latch,bathroom door lock. Was told on check-in that there was a $200 charge for damages and i did not eant to be charged for existing damages.
