Enjoy your stay in one of America's most vibrant communities, The Villages, at this stylish and modern three-bedroom home in Pine Hills. This recently built house is the perfect home-away-home, with everything you'll need to relax and unwind after a busy day of adventure in Central Florida!
Up to eight guests will be able to sleep in comfort, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and a set of twin beds in the third bedroom, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The home has four TVs — one in the living room and three in each bedroom — with internet connectivity, including access to Netflix and Hulu. The dwelling is also stacked with new appliances, including a pellet grill located on the back patio, where you and your guests can relax in the screened lanai.
We also have a gas-operated golf cart and two bikes at the property, which guests can use at their pleasure.
With the purchase of a temporary Resident ID*, you and your guests can enjoy the mind-blowing number of recreational opportunities The Villages offers, including the nearly 50 famed golf courses. The home is located between two communal pools, and is just a short jaunt down the road from the Moyer Rec Center, where there is a family pool, courts for tennis and pickle ball and more activities. And you're just a short car ride — or golf cart — ride away from the community's lively town centers, home to a plethora of shops, restaurants and nightly live entertainment.
The Villages is the perfect launching grounds for your vacation, located near popular tourist destinations such as Disney World and Daytona Beach.

Family reunited

My wife and I had our 2 grown daughters meet us here. This house is perfect for a family or even 2 couples. Robert’s house had everything we needed for our stay. The location is ideal to get to Brownwood and Lake Sumpter, as well as beyond when using the best golf cart we have had the opportunity to use. The back lanai was ideal to get out of the sun and relax. We will most definitely try and rent this house again when coming to visit our daughters

Good Location. Nice Property

We had some friends come to visit and the house was perfect for them. Clean with plenty of room. Although our friends didn't use the golf cart and bicycles it was great to know they were available. Owner responded quickly to messages. Would definitely rent again.

Clean, beautiful home

My family and I stayed at this home while on a trip to central Florida and the property exceeded our expectations. First off, the house is just beautiful. Secondly, it was immaculantly clean. Great location, and the neighbors were all very friendly in the neighborhood. The house is stocked with everything we needed. Will definetly stay there next time we go to Florida, if available.

Lovely home

Home is do cleannn. Used house as overfill for family reunion as I live two Miles away. Daughter wanted to move in to this home full time n not leave. Great host communication. Highly recommend! !

Great house!

We stayed in this cute home for a softball tournament in Leesburg. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The host responds quick and even shipped us a uniform that one of the girls left. I would highly recommend this home.

First time Villages guest

My family loved the house and The Villages. The house was clean, bright and well equipped in the kitchen. Comfy beds, couch and patio furniture. We enjoyed the safe upscale community of The Villages. As a family we did day trips to Orlando and Daytona since the house is centrally located. Absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a well equipped modern home in a great location.

Absolutely beautiful home

From the very moment you walk into this beautiful home you feel the warmth. You feel like your home. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. I can not say enough about this stunning home. It is beautifully decorated , very comfortable beds, beautiful screened in area and very spacious. I would 100% recommend this home. I didn’t have the chance to drive the golf cart, but it looked very nice. We didn’t go down to Florida for vacation, unfortunately, we went for a Celebration of Life for my son in Law’s brother, but having this home to come back to, made it a lot easier. Thank you Robert for allowing us to stay in your magnificent home.

Nice house.

Very nice house. Liked the walk in shower especially. TV was nice size. Only used the king bed, but it was comfortable. Had a nice grill, but we didn't use it. Mostly ate out. The ladies bike tire was flat but I couldn't ride it due to the hills anyway. No problems to speak of. Robert was helpful.

A beautiful home to make away from home perfect!

This newer 3 bedroom, 2 bath home made our first stay at The Villages a dream vacation! We loved the home, with its screened in lanai, which was perfect for early morning coffee or afternoon rest, In a quiet neighborhood. This home had new modern furnishings and included a kitchen with everything needed for fixing meals and entertaining friends. Shopping was just 2-3 miles down the road and use of the golf cart was the "cherry on the top" as far as my husband was concerned. Would LOVE to stay in this home again and definitely recommend it!!
