Lovely property with great friendly service. Nice quiet location about 20 minutes walk to busier part of town. Beds comfy, rooms large. Only disappointment was thin walls so if you have a noisy neighbour it’s a bit irritating

Nice modern hotel in the beach

Don’t go all inclusive !! The last three times I stayed here the food was always lukewarm . This time I chose to go out to different restaurants for my evening meal. They charged € 15.00 to use the spa & sauna !! That’s per hour !! How can you relax and watch the clock at the same time.

We offer a wide variety of dishes prepared with high quality products, show cooking, a great selection of fresh fish and meat, mediterranean dishes and many other range of products. About our SPA, the “INITIVM” Hydrothermal circuit offers dynamic indoor pool with different therapeutic jets, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation area. Super hotel, very comfortable, Lovely staff who cannot do enough for their guests. Convenient location adjacent to beach and Paseo Maritim at quieter end of resort but within easy walking distance of the huge shopping complex.

Poor customer relations

Pros: Special mention of Simone, the receptionist. A very likeable helpful lady - unlike her male colleagues.
Cons: We have tried repeatedly to speak to the Manager and been ignored. Customer relations could be improved.
Location: On the beach, pleasant location, castle to visit nearby and town of Fuengirola
Our experience of this hotel was very pleasant until the last 2 days. We had problems with our toilet, too long a story to go in to here but suffice to say we had to go to the spa to shower, had to flush the toilet by hand, had a flooded floor and their plumber was utterly useless. We missed going out one evening with friends because of this, some of my clothes were ruined, and when we asked for some compensation as a gesture of goodwill for all the aggravation we'd had, it was refused. We had a bill to pay of 195Euros. We offered to split this with them. But no. They were adamant they wanted the whole amount. When I said I would be putting a poor review online about this hotel, the receptionists attitude changed. He told us we would not be charged. Imagine my dismay when checking my credit card statement this morning, despite what the receptionist said, I see they have taken the money. All I have as proof unfortunately is his words. Nothing in writing. This hotel obviously doesn't care about getting a bad review and is apparently quite happy to treat its clients with contempt. They have in effect taken my money without my consent. I've spoken to my credit card company about this but unfortunately there is nothing they can do as we have stayed at the hotel. I would have stayed at this hotel again because other than this issue, it is a pleasant place to stay. However, I feel they should be ashamed of themselves for the way they have treated us. So, be warned.

Dear Lynne S, Thank you very much for your review on Expedia. Regarding your comments, we would like to point out: firstly, about the attached photografh to your comment, this happened as a result of an accident suffered by you, as a consecuence of a cistern failure that occurred in your room during the night, so our maintenance service could not attend. Secondly, in no case was it necessary the use of the SPA for showering because this failure affected only your cistern and not the bath. The next day our Plumber tried to solve the incidence but the access to the room was limited, being requested to exit the room before finishing (replacing the lid of the cistern). Our Housekeeping team was there and left the bathroom in optimal conditions for its use. None of your personal belongings were reported as damaged. As you indicated, on Check-out your threatened our team with a bad report on internet, with very bad manners, refusing to pay the outstanding bill, and so it was. In our establishment we do not tolerate lacks of respect towards our team and neither do we considerate this incidence as a reason for compensation, we offered you to change the room but you didn't wish to take our offer. Thank you very much for the time spent on your review and kind regards,

Hotel room was fine, although twin beds not double. Pool excellent. Staff excellent, hard working and helpful apart from one at the poolside bar who was extremely rude on two occasions and was reported. Food generally good but expensive. £5 for bowl of chips and £14 for a small paella!!! Bit of a trek into town in the heat. But, overall a good relaxing weeks holiday.
