Nice property in excellent location.
I appreciated Ryan's communication before the trip and willingness to provide an early check in. Unfortunately Ryan was out of the country during our stay and did not send the check in instructions, including the key code. About 8 hours after our 1st attempt to reach him, we finally received the information. I believe this is an unusual occurrence but it was frustrating to not be able to reach someone during the rental for help. We were also told there would be 6 pool passes but only 3 were in the house. I am hoping we don't get charged for the missing passes. Because we didn't want to pay the fee to get other people in to the Owners Club, we went to the resort pool instead (we had family staying there as well). A bit frustrating as this was the main reason we picked the propertyThe house is definitely older and some work is needed (carpeting is bunching up, etc). But the price was great compared to other, newer homes. You can tell Ryan does do what he can to keep the property clean and in a decent condition. One other note - there are about 10 steps down to the condos and no ramp for wheelchairs or walkers. My mother has a walker and this presented a bit of a challenge. And there is very little lighting in the complex so its very dark and hard to see if you arrive at night.
