Great stay. Could’ve used a little better water pressure but we made do. Other than that, enjoyed our stay and loved the breakfast options. We will be back for the next cheer competition!

Good price and accommodations for the off season. Friendly dining staff and good food options for breakfast on the weekend. The mini fridge compressor was very noisy, we had to turn fridge to zero. Bed comfort was average. Nice soap and shampoo supply. Your room only gets cleaned on request. Ice machine broken on 4th floor, only works on the second floor. Appreciated the coffee and water available for guests in the lobby. Parking is free and easy to park.

Great room! Lazy Rude front desk workers!
The room was perfect! Loved the location and the balcony! A gorgeous view and sounds of the ocean. The only reason I gave a 3 star was because of the rude lazy front desk workers. Both day and evening shifts. I needed a straw. A straw. The day manager didn’t have time to get one because she was giving report the evening one when asked later stated there were no straws and no key to kitchen area for a damn straw. Evening worker was in the same spot 30 minutes later with her phone in her face. Horrible horrible horrible front desk staff. Housekeeping staff were great tho. You may want to teach your workers some people skills if they run the front desk.

Love this beautiful property… All rooms are beachfront and the staff will let you check in early if they have rooms… most places want let you check in until 3 or 4 pm regardless if any rooms are available and I don’t agree with that. But this hotel will let you check in early and I absolutely love this.. and the breakfast is absolutely delicious.. rooms are super clean… will definitely be staying there again..

I didn’t like the receptionist when I arrived. I waited about 4 to 5 minutes waiting for anyone to come to the desk and check me in. I could hear someone in the back talking. When she finally arrived with some device in her hand, no greeting, no smile. Just “checking in?” Asked for my Id, blurted out parking and breakfast instructions. Handed me my keys, told me that the Wi-Fi code was on the key holder, and everything was all set. No “thank you”, no “goodbye”, nothing. I don’t expect anyone to “kiss my ring,” but I do expect a greeting and/or respect, especially when an employee is not at their post. I stayed at 8 different hotels in the past 9 days and was not treated this way at any except this one! I had no interaction with any of the other employees at this hotel so this rating and comment should not reflect on them.

Rooms were huge and clean. Our room had a balcony and looked out to the ocean. Great full breakfast every morning. Huge hot tub that was hot. Nice pool but didnt use due to time of year. Will stay here again if in the area

We have utilized this hotel many times over the years and have always come back as it has a great location, large rooms, and beautiful balcony views. Unfortunately, this delightful location has fallen intensely into disrepair. Check-in was cumbersome and difficult to navigate, the room was worn and uncomfortable, and the delightful views are not enough to save the previous. We were met by a staff member that wouldn’t get off of their cell phone the entire time we checked in. The bed had multiple divots and sagging spots. The loveseat was ripped and worn. The door to the balcony had gaps in it large enough to see outside. The bathroom vanity lights did not work. Quite unfortunate as this location is away from the higher traffic areas and presents such lovely views of the Gulf.

Staff do not greet you, do not smile, are on their phones talking to their friends even when you are asking them a question. We did not feel welcome. We normally stay at best western hotels and have never experienced such unfriendly staff. We found a cockroach (not a water bug) in our room and staff did not how to deal with the situation. They did not appear to care. We checked out of the property and checked into another hotel.
