This multi-level, three-bedroom rental is just a couple blocks away from Termini-San Luis Pass Road, one mile up from Galveston Island State Park for hiking, birdwatching and swimming, and only 12 miles from the historic heart of Galveston for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Bright, inviting, and thoroughly updated, this beachfront home has hardwood floors, colorful furnishings and accents, and numerous windows offering breathtaking, panoramic views of the water.
Feel instantly at ease in the upstairs living room with plush leather furniture, multiple ceiling fans, a warming electric fireplace, access to a private balcony with a romantic porch swing, and, of course, spectacular views through a wall of large, Gulf Coast-facing windows.
On the lower level (down a spiral staircase), there's a seating area, a dining area for six, and an open, fully-equipped kitchen with a host of essential accessories. You'll have a variety of top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances including a French door refrigerator with an ice maker, a range, microwave oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. A gas grill is also available if you want to fire it up and have an old-fashioned family cookout.
Two bedrooms are located on the first level of this home, including the master bedroom with a queen-size bed and private access out to the patio. On this same floor, the first guest room has two twin-over-twin built-in bunk beds, perfect for younger visitors. The living room has a queen-size sofabed for additional accommodations as well.
Upstairs, the third bedroom has a sturdy full-over-twin bunk. With three bedrooms, a sofabed, and two full baths, this home sleeps up to 11 guests (six adults) quite comfortably. Up to two family dogs (25 lb weight limit) are also welcome to join you during your stay for an additional nightly fee.
This home comes with WiFi so everyone can get online with ease. With three cable TVs, a DVD player, and access to a media library, you can keep up with all your favorite shows or program your very own movie nights (don't forget the popcorn)! A private washer/dryer is also included to let you start each day with fresh, clean clothes.
Spend some time out on the furnished patio watching the pelicans soar past or grab the provided beach chairs from the garage and take a stroll over to the nearby beach for a day of sunbathing and swimming.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
