This home enjoys a special location, close to all the action but away from all the noisy crowds. The Galveston Island State Park will be your playground as it's only one mile away from your getaway. There, you can try endless outdoor activities such as swimming, fishing, picnicking, bird watching, hiking, mountain biking, paddling, camping, or just relaxing! The sugar-white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico will be at your fingertips (less than 100 yards), so don't hesitate to pack your sunscreen and flip-flops! The seawall along the Gulf of Mexico has almost 10 and a half miles of continuous sidewalk for walkers, joggers, bikers, and sightseers. The scenic, 12-mile drive to downtown Galveston offers endless dining options in case you feel hungry during your short car ride and would like to stop to take a bite. THINGS TO KNOW
The upper-level bedroom with the bunk bed as well as the laundry room on the ground level cannot be accessed from inside the home. They have their own separate entrances.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
