Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay especially (front desk) Christina . Breakfast was a step up from our last visit. Very good! Only down side is having to pay for parking.

Loud and inefficient heating system in the room. At one stage it was blowing cold air (not ideal when outside temp was -14 degrees) Only option was to turn off and request extra blankets at 2:00am. I did discuss this at reception on check out and a maintenance call has been logged.

Comfortable stay

The property was clean and comfortable. Check in staff was pleasant and checked in with you from time to time via text. Breakfast hot items were warm but eatable, and.nice simple choices. Check out staff member not so friendly. Would definitely stay again!

The heater wasn't working in the suite i paid for. I got downgraded but was told that since i went through a 3rd party i wouldn't be able to be reimbursed for the downgrade.Receptionost was rude. Sent meto the suite saying that the heater was fixed and it wasn't.
