It was really confusing to figure out where to check in due to being given a different address. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay. I would have liked to be closer to the amenities like pool and hot tub but it was comfortable and quiet.

Average place, price, rooms not what advertised

Check in was fast and efficient, but the studio room that was reserved on HOTELS.COM showed very clearly a jetted tub in the room as well as a shower. My wife was really looking forward to using that when I was at Dollywood with my son. It was late when we checkin in, so we just stayed in the room, but it was very deceptive as no where in the on line description does it say "jetted tub optional" and all of the pictures of this type of room show it. Parking is terrible if you have any vehicle over a mini sedan. Tight tight parking garage with a dead end that you have to back out of if you go that way looking for a spot. Elevators sow and super loud trash truck and rumbling trash bins each morning. Overall it really shows its age. Its not terrible, but it's not top tier.

The staff was very friendly. Their elevators were out and I have a wheelchair. They changed my room. I really appreciated that. However, the fireplace did not work and that was why I booked there. The room was clean just really needed updated.

Our condo was phenomenal! Plenty of space for the whole family and very close to convention center. It was clean and had lots to do for kids with 2 pools, giant checkers, 4 square, ping pong and cornhole. Will definitely stay here again!!

The property is nice and located centrally for walking. I was nervous about the bears especially when 2 were sited walking on the sidewalk outside our unit. over building has left no place for the bears to live, what a shame. Pool areas are very nice and well kept and plenty of recreation area to enjoy. Would stay here again.
