Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
We showed up to check in and was told they were overbooked and had absolutely nothing to put my family in. We had family with a 6 month old meeting us there driving from Florida. We drove from KY. Upon arrival after being told that my family of 7 then had to find another place to stay they didn’t offer another stay or any credit or try to help in any way. We were literally sitting in their driveway having a meltdown and if you have stayed here before you know the building is absolutely huge and multiple stories so it’s very hard to believe that they didn’t even have a 2 bdrm condo open. We also paid for this condo 3 months in advance and nothing was said and nothing was messaged to us until after we tried checking in and was told they had nothing. Absolutely worst experience and for them to not care to try and make it right on their end was even for disappointing.thankfully Hampton across the street was very understanding and amazing I highly recommend them
