Customer service goes a long way, and sadly, they didn't have any. At check in, we had to wait 30 minutes past the time because they said the room wasn't ready...even though when they went to check it, it already was ready. And after check in, they try to sell you a time share at the hotel... We stayed for a week and asked after night 3 to get our room refreshed, and the lady in the morning said okay, no problem. We returned to the room 12 hours later, and it wasn't done. When we called the front desk, they said that they don't refresh the room during guest's stays. So we had to make up everything ourselves and go get more trash bags, shampoo, toilet paper, etc etc. I wouldn't ever stay here again without changes being made. And none of that even mentions that the rooms are very dated, not very clean, and the door latch on both the main door and the sliding door to the balcony were broken. The balcony door was held shut with a piece of wood.
