Customer service goes a long way, and sadly, they didn't have any. At check in, we had to wait 30 minutes past the time because they said the room wasn't ready...even though when they went to check it, it already was ready. And after check in, they try to sell you a time share at the hotel... We stayed for a week and asked after night 3 to get our room refreshed, and the lady in the morning said okay, no problem. We returned to the room 12 hours later, and it wasn't done. When we called the front desk, they said that they don't refresh the room during guest's stays. So we had to make up everything ourselves and go get more trash bags, shampoo, toilet paper, etc etc. I wouldn't ever stay here again without changes being made. And none of that even mentions that the rooms are very dated, not very clean, and the door latch on both the main door and the sliding door to the balcony were broken. The balcony door was held shut with a piece of wood.

Went one night and a full day with a broken ac. When I called multiple times the employees were rude and condescending. I was told the ac would be repaired at noon. I called after 4 pm and was told the ac repair person wasn’t called. When I inquired why they said they wouldn’t known as they started their shift at 2 pm…

Located within walking distance of town centre. Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped with parking close by. The bathroom was functional, but compact and there were no coffee cups or accessories which was disappointing. Otherwise however, it was very satisfactory and good value for money.

We rented a one bedroom condo and were pleased with the space. Parking was easy. It is very convenient to all the activities in Gatlinburg. If you wanted to walk to the strip, you can. It was a little dated but they are going through renovations. Overall, a very good experience.

The Bear was the best part of the stay!
Condo was fairly clean, but older. Hot water in the second bathroom was non-existent. Call front desk and they suggested giving it 20-25 mins before getting in the shower !😳 Master bathroom had hot water as long as you waited 5 mins before getting in. We stayed on 4th floor and the only elevator is on the whole other end of the complex so you had a LONG walk or climb 4 flights of stairs with all your luggage! We drove an extended cab pickup and we’re told we wouldn’t fit in the covered parking so we had were stuck in a small parking lot that barely had enough room to back around in. Not my favorite stay but it worked. We did get to see a bear in our parking lot the first night we arrived so that was a win!

It was basic with some upgrades. No frills. Meets one’s needs. Scalding HOT water. Has parking. Good location. However the property advertised is not where I stayed. Advertised property is at 414 airport road. The amenities are also located here. Who walks 1/4mi to use the hot tub or indoor pool? This was a HUGE deciding factor on my stay which was not on site. Def a bait and switch situation considering the place I stayed was at 515 Airport road. AC unit leaked and had standing water on the balcony for the duration. Woke up at 3:15am the first night, itchy with 15 bites in clusters on my right side. Notified the property. Property said they would have maintenance look into it. I never heard any more. The next night I woke up to additional bites. I thought I’d sleep in the other bed since I am 1 person and there are 2 beds, but when I pulled the sheets back there was dirt, food crumbs, and several small hairs. You will hear every outdoor sound. Especially your neighbors on the balcony as these are not private, and only separated by a metal screen. TV operates with 2 remotes. Only had 1. Property was noted as quiet but due to the neighbors and AC that sounded like a freight train I would say otherwise. Overwhelming nauseating perfume smell in unit as well. You are given a paper instructing you to empty and take your own trash out before checkout. However all receptacles are lidded and locked. Has potential. Much room for improvement. Not thrilled. Will not return.

Absolutely worst accomodations we ever experienced. Would not recommend whatsoever. No cold water in bathroom sink. Water leaking from somewhere under floor in bathroom and kitch area. Entire floor was "sticky" and have no idea why. Dirty toilet lid and drywall pieces falling down from ceiling in living room area.Elevator not in service, filled with construction debris and we were on the third floor. When we went to the front desk and informed them, the reply was "sorry". No attempt made to make things right at all. Avoid this property at all cost.
