This property have 3 proties to it. We mistakenly booked the hotel part!! It was old!! Very old!! The beds were awful, the covers scratchy. The rooms walls were nasty!! I called and explained i was handicapped and they put me up stairs, no elevator and the farthest room from the stairs. Paid way too much for crap!! They tried their hardest to get to sign up for a timeshare spill!!!

For the price and the size, this was a great place when you have 5 kids, but someone walked in in the middle of the night and the upstairs bath dripped into the light of the downstairs bath. Maintenance responded quickly, but did nothing and the staff did not even say they were sorry about the people that used a key to walk into our room in the middle of the night.

The property was not like it was advertised in the picture. The place in the picture was down the street. The old place I stayed in was nasty. Huge water spot in 2 areas growing mold. The carpet was very stained and dirty looking. I cannot breathe today because of the mold. Please send me an email so I can send you pictures. The employees there were wonderful. Out of a 1-10 scale I give them an 11. This property you are showing now is not where they housed me.

Solid value being so close to downtown Gatlinburg. Room was clean and spacious. Enjoyed the balcony and small kitchenette. Bathroom is a little small, but works well. Water is HOT! We did have an issue with the front door not closing completely and had to force it closed to lock it. Overall a great place to stay and we will be back on our next trip to Gatlinburg!

The property is nice and convenient to the parkway. The hotel is outdated, but was clean and comfortable. My only problem was we wnt in the lobby to get coffee and nonebwas available. They had the whole setup, and when we asked they said they dont make it because not enough people want it. We were their for the gift show and was looking to get coffee before going to the show. I mean a regular pot of coffee is too much to make? The attitude from the 2 older ladies was not exactly nice. She even told me that maybe in winter they will make some. I would stay here again, but wasnt to happy about the hospitality. Especially being in the tourism business myself. The 2 ladies at check in were great though. Sorry to complain, just disappointed.

The location is very good for access to downtown Gatlinburg. The price for the unit was a good value. The unit we were in had cupboards and drawers that were dirty with finger oils. One of the upholstered chairs was worn out and did not appear to be clean. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty with food residue.

This was advertised as a resort,it literally was a motel. Outside rooms had to take out our trash at end of stay. Definitely a bait and switch from the pictures shown on the website. The actual resort was up the street as the parent company. Staff was rude and not helpful. I WOULD NEVER stay here or booked something for that price that was such a horrible place. Senior citizens having to carry our luggage upstairs not acceptable. We should be compensated for false advertising
