This 4 bedroom house has beautiful views of downtown Gatlinburg. The house is 1 mile from the Aquarium, which puts you very close to downtown Gatlinburg and all it has to offer. You are also only 3.8 miles from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. If you don't want to walk downtown, then there is a trolley stop a short distance from the house. The house is also located just 4 miles from the Rocky Top Sports World. The house is only 2 tenths of a mile off of HWY 321.

This is a brand new build, boasting 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and one half bath. You will walk in on the main level which includes the master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and 32" TV. The living room on the main level has a gas log fireplace, a 50" TV, and a door leading out to a large porch with a beautiful view of Gatlinburg. The living room, dining room, and fully furnished kitchen are all open concept and on the main floor. The main floor also includes a half bath. On the top floor, there are two identical bedrooms with queen beds and 32 " TVs. In between the two bedrooms is the second full bathroom. The couch on this floor is a sleeper sofa that will bring the accommodation of the house up to 10. The top floor also includes an area for you to relax and spend time with your family, containing a full size pool table, mini fridge, and 50" TV. Another porch occupies this floor and has the same beautiful view as the one below. Finally, the bottom floor has another living area with a love seat, armchair, and 50" TV which provides another space for your family to enjoy. Other bottom floor ammenties include a full size washer, dryer, and another fully furnished bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and 32" TV. All TVs are hooked up to Spectrum Cable and there is high speed internet for you to use included in your stay. Finally, you can never have too many beautiful views. This bottom floor boasts another outside area overlooking downtown Gatlinburg. Spend some time with your family in the great outdoors. This cabin is equipped with 24" x 16" JUMBO Park Style Charcoal Grill for quiet family dinners and a fire pit surrounded by chairs to relax at the end of the day. Also, a 5-person spa whirlpool is located near this outdoor space in it own covered space.

It's the little things that make a big difference! This home is stocked with a starter supply of consumable items, including coffee filters, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and garbage bags. Less planning for you, more enjoying your vacation! Sorry no pets allowed.

Fantastic trip

A “beary” great place to stay
The house is beautiful and is exactly as presented. We were really looking forward to spending time outside using the grill and fire pit but the neighborhood bear visits every day preventing extensive time outside. The location to Gatlinburg was perfect, close to the store, and easy to get to Pigeon Forge.

Gorgeous Gatlinburg Getaway!
This vacation rental was the perfect fit for our family of 10. The home was decorated with intention. We felt right at home. The photos do not do this property any justice. Early mornings on the decks sitting quietly watching the bear cubs play was absolutely magical. The hot tub and the firepit were a perfect way to end our evenings after a day downtown. We would love to stay again in the fall.

Perfect!
My family vacationed in Gatlinburg and stayed in this beautiful home. It could not have been a more perfect home base for us. The house was phenomenal and the views were breathtaking! The home is in a quiet, private location, but was still so close to everything we wanted to do. We were even visited by a bear the morning we left to head home! There was plenty of space for six of us (including 3 angsty teenagers!), and the hot tub was an excellent bonus. This home was really the cherry on top of an amazing vacation, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Home away from home
Went to Tennessee to celebrate my 30th birthday and needed a place to accommodate 6 people. This place was perfect! We even had additional space so everyone was comfortable. If I’m ever back in Tennessee, I would hope this location is available. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Vacation
This property was perfect for our family vacation. My family drove from South Florida and my brother and his family (with my mom) drove from Massachusetts. The first drive up to the house caught us off guard a bit, but we got used to navigating the steep road! The house and location was perfect. With 5 adults and 4 kids there was plenty of space to stretch out. Much of our time was spent on the decks and using the fire pit. We even got to see the local wildlife! We saw a bear, a bobcat, and even a deer! Lots of fireflies at night too! There was a grocery store close and we were so close to downtown. Anytime we did downtown Gatlinburg we drove to the first garage and parked. That way we avoided all the traffic! Coming home after our adventures we had the ability to cook, play games and cards, and after the kids went to sleep the adults enjoyed the hot tub! Views from the house are as spectacular as the pictures show. Great property in a perfect location!

Best View in Town
We had a great stay at the cabin on the hill. We got spoiled with the views on the decks overlooking Gatlinburg, the hot tub, and fire pit. The road to the cabin is small and easy to miss, but once you are on property it was great. Defiantly keep an eye on keeping the doors closed. We had a bear visit us on both the first and second floor decks. Overall great experience and we would go back.

Perfect vacation home!
I booked this home because my dad had booked this house earlier a year before his passing. I had canceled it once he got ill, but rebooked it to honor his memory. The owners not only remembered us booking it previously but upon arrival they had flowers waiting for us in memory of our dad. Everything about this house from the view to the accessibility to downtown is perfect. The owners are very accommodating, and respond in a very timely manner to any questions or concerns. We are already planning on booking a trip the following year for this very house and will continue to make this a family tradition.

Perfect!

The house was perfect for us! It is spacious and allowed three couples to each have their own floor/level. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are so comfortable! It is well stocked with basic items for cooking, etc. We loved the hot tub and fire pit! We did see a small bear walk past the house and a larger bear walk directly into the backyard/ parking area. I would not leave young children unattended outside. We had no problems. Love this home and hope to return one day. The location was perfect for us! Thank you Jeff & Scott and Penny! The property was very nice. Close enough that we walked into town center daily. The Hill it sets on gives a nice view but may be a little sleep for people not in shape. The house was perfect for us, very roomy and had everything you needed. We would gladly rent it again.

Loved this cabin and location
The cabin was beautifully decorated. It had the space we needed. It was close enough to downtown but far enough for us feel that we were in the mountains. We all felt that we had the best of both worlds in this cabin. It was nicely stock and if we needed to go to the grocery store it was right around the corner. Loved that we even had visits from the black bears and a big bobcat. Owners responded very quickly to any questions that I had. Would love to rent this one again.

This cabin was beautiful! It was very close to the strip, trailheads, and ziplining/whitewater rafting. The owners were great, and very attentive. We had 7 adults, and we had more than enough room. Highly recommend!
