Newer construction located in the heart of the Arts and Craft district in Gatlinburg. One quarter mile to the trolley and three quarters of a mile from Rocky Top Sports Complex. This fully professionally furnished three bedroom, three bathroom cabin comfortably sleeps 8-10. The exterior features Hardi siding, cedar shake and real English Mountain Stone. The interior is wood throughout, floor to ceiling Mountain Stone Gas Fireplace and hardwood floors. Granite countertops can be found in the kitchen and bathroom.
The floor plan offers an open concept with cathedral ceilings in the living room just off the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and upgraded cabinets. The main level offers a bedroom with king size bed and full bath. A second bedroom with king sized bed and full bath is off the loft area. The loft is outfitted with a sit down arcade counsel and high top table with chairs. On the lower level you will find the third bedroom with king sized bed and full bath. The lower level also features the rec room with a large screen TV, pool table, foosball table, upright arcade game and more. The game closet features a variety of board games for you and your family. The back deck also features a hot tub, gas grill and picnic table.

3 king beds, 2 queen pull out couches (one on lower floor and one in living room) and pack and play. Pull-outs are queen sized but may be most comfortable for children. Soft linens and towels included.

This property is in the woods. Although we take meticulous care of it and have regular exterminators, there are still sometimes a random insect that sneaks in, or a bear that may visit. We cannot refund for bad weather. Please consider travel insurance to protect your trip.

We arrived the day after Christmas. The property was ready. Clean. Had all the cooking utensils we needed. The grill had gas and the hot tub was hot. Nicely decorated property. There were just a couple of things that could have made this a perfect stay. The gas firepit didn’t light. I saw this in a previous review, but thought it would be fixed. The other is a better mattress on the pull out sofa on the main floor.Overall we had a nice stay.

Mini family reunion
My husband and I took my mom and sister and met up with my uncle and aunt who were camping about 2 miles away. The cabin had fantastic views, close to Gatlinburg and just a short drive to Pigeon Forge. The host was quick to handle the only minor issues we had.

Not worth the money
The view from the cabin is gorgeous and its fairly close to Gatlinburg. The pillows were terrible and so thin that we basically didn’t even have a pillow. The towels were almost see through and I won’t even get started on the toilet paper. It stated hotel quality toiletries, but if i spend that much on a hotel room, I expect more. The decorations were cheap and it was not a comfortable place to stay. We stayed at a cabin near the same area last month, that was cheaper and much nicer.

Relaxing Stay
The host was great to work with and the cabin is as described and the kitchen has everything you need. Quiet wooded neighborhood, it was great just to sit outside and relax. We did have one black bear join us one evening by the fire, and another just walked down the road. A bit scary but they were not bothered by us. We had a wonderful stay at this cabin!

Loved our stay at this cabin only reason for 4 star was the grass and weeds around the fire pit
Love the house was set up for small children too run freely had baby gates for the stairs on every floor and that was very helpful with a 18 mouth old that loves to run! We didn't use the fire pit outside due to grass and weed's being tall but we didn't mind that we enjoyed setting out on the back porch and watched the wildlife! The hottub was wonderful and cabin was very clean! Location was in a great spot!

This cabin was perfect for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 teenagers). Plenty of space to spread out. The covered deck was perfect for hanging out and enjoying meals. The boys loved the game room! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped for having meals at the cabin. The area was nice and quiet but quick access to the main road with downtown Gatlinburg only being 10 minutes away. We loved the location! Would stay here again.

Everything was as listed. Great property. Easy and quick communication. Not too far outside of town. Had things for all ages for seating, eating, and play. We didn’t even leave the house on our last day. If you plan on cooking and think there may be leftovers, bring some containers to store them in.

Best stay ever!
So much to say about our stay…we had the best experience ever and it was wonderful!…we arrived July 7th pretty late in the evening after a 13hr drive, the check in process was so easy and we had our code to unlock the door and enter the property…first impression as we walked inside was… wow!! So nice and clean…and beautiful!..every single floor of the cabin was spotless…One thing i have to talk about was those mattresses and the pillows…they were awesome…even though we traveled with out pillows we still used theirs and man i had the best sleep these last few days…the house was nice and cool when we arrived…and the hot tub was full with water…perfect to relax that night. We stayed 3 nights and wish we could of enjoyed more time at the cabin…but we had full days of doing all sorts of stuff and staying busy…the hosts were very responsive to any questions we had, which is always nice. All in all one of the best times weve had renting out a vacation home! Thank you for everything

Wonderful Spot for Family Vacation
We loved our stay at Cozy Cabin in Gatlinburg! The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, beautiful, nestled in nature, but close enough to all the attractions (downtown Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, Dollywood, etc.). The downstairs game room was a hit with our teenage and young adult kids alike. The hot tub was fantastic. The hosts were easy to connect with and we had no problems with check in or out. Can’t recommend this place enough!
