The hotel was in a great location to explore Glasgow. Near the bus, subway and train stations as well as the major shopping area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were adequately appointed and clean. We had a great stay overall. Highly recommended if staying in the City Centre area of Glasgow.

The bed was so hard that it was difficult to sleep on. The window really needs to open wider especially as the air conditioner did not work very well. Why have such dark decor, feels like a dungeon.
