The thing that made the stay was your staff...Mary - checking me in, Joe - lending me tools, Eddie helping me out with clogged sink, air compressor and muscle :), Mike was my info guy and box supplier, breakfast guy was very accommodating and moved around like a hummingbird...everyone was awesome. I like the soap/shampoo dispensers. The room was nice, but had a strange odor upon arrival and each time entering. Add tea variations and honey packets to Breaky. My first choice for future stay...

The place is obviously older but my stay here was great definitely enjoyed how great the staff was and the maintenance guy's were good at keeping the area well kept and clean outside seen them breaking up ice to make sure the guest were safe and didn't fall

We’ve stayed at several places the last year and this one was by far the best! The staff were absolutely amazing and kind. Each morning the staff at the continental breakfast went out of his way to go above and beyond for me and my children. I’m amazed at how kind he was! The room was also incredibly spacious and very clean. The kitchen was organized and clean, and had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner in the room. My only “complaint” you could say was just that the door to the room didn’t always lock properly when shut. We came back a couple of times and could push the door open. But it locked fine with the deadbolt inside. It may have been that we just weren’t getting it closed hard enough. This place has become our go to spot whenever we come to glenwood now! It was nice to stay at a hotel where people actually enjoy having customers there.

Good for the $ bring a pillow
Room was clean, the beds were ok but the pillows were “chiclet” sized. For the price of the 3 pillows you provide you could buy one good one. Spend $ on pillows. Sauna was lovely.
