Great customer service, especially when our room service was delayed- they promptly fixed the issue and gave us some dessert for the inconvenience. Small parking in the basement, had to call for valet parking to open up spots.

The Hotel charged us with different daily rates. When we confirmed the bookings in July for $1099.00. They also charged our breakfast for 17/10/2024 when we arrived at 12.00miday. Won't recommend this property to family and friends

We were only at the hotel for one night, would have liked to have stayed longer. The room was very clean with a great view. The price was great and staff very helpful. The only negative was no readily available ice! Staff were nice and got us some free of charge when we went to desk and picked it up—otherwise there would have been a $4 charge for them to deliver to the room!
