We stayed in July-2024, the hotel was exactly what I was looking for in Granada. It is very well located near attractions, bars, restaurants, marts and shops. A coffee shop nearby was open early at 8:00am perfect for our early morning Alhambra visit. The area is a calm but very near a very lively area. Room was clean and comfortable with good beds. A/C was user controlled and very cold ( a good thing). Bathroom was ample with a large counter for toiletries. The shower “door” was a bit unusual and took a bit to figure out but not a problem. The lobby is ample the included a tv lounge where we were able to see a Euro Soccer cup match in comfort. The staff was pleasant and helpful, always a bonus. The hotel has a cafeteria that we didn’t use but it was nice to know it was available. The only down side for some could be closet space. We didn’t need it but others might. I would/will recommend it.
We had two night stays. The first night instead of giving us two twin beds as booked. We got one queen bed only.
The second night we switched to two twin beds as we booked. However the air condition is not working properly. I it blows in bad air like urine smell. We had to spray the room, and turn off the air condition.
Set in a busy but quiet nook of the city, check-in and out went as expected with friendly staff, great breakfast at a reasonable price, and a clean and quiet room. We appreciated the elevator. Be ready to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs to enter. We really liked it!
The issue here is the staff at the front desk. They are very limited in their knowledge of the city and make little effort to be helpful. For this reaonI wouldn't stay there again.
