After you’ve worked up an appetite with all of the surrounding activities, head back to the condo to cook up a tasty meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. Perfect mountain getaway
We were in Granby for a 3-day mini vacation and this condo was the perfect retreat! The place was clean & comfortable and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location for ski trip, very spacious
I was very impressed by the space inside this condo. You wouldn’t expect such high ceilings and amount of storage from the photos. Appliances were fairly new and everything was kept very clean. Plenty of towels and bathroom amenities. The market across the street is open late (11pm), and our drive to the base lodge at Granby Ranch was about 5 mins. Great location for an easy ski trip. Vacasa checked on us at arrival and were ready to assist us when needed. They even extended my stay when I reached out on a Sunday (new year’s eve). The hot tub was a wonderful addition after our couple days on the mountain. 10/10 experience

Quick mountsin fun
We had wedding events to attend with time in between on 2 days & 1 completely open day to enjoy mountains. We hiked, mountain biked & ran. Didn’t have enough planning for golf. City market & shortys pizza nearby very handy for our boys! Hot tubs are nice but access w/o additional fee to a pool would be better! Listing is as pictured.

Our stay at Granby Ranch
This is a lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, situated in Granby, midway between the western entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park. It has all the amenities (washer/drier, dishwasher, multiple flatscreen TVs with Roku, and is less than a 1/2 mile from a City Market (supermarket). While it advertised a parking garage, we never received clarification about it from Vacasa. However, they very nicely purchased and dropped off a new stainless lidded skillet, which we requested, as we do a lot of cooking and the other cookware was old and worn. Overall, a great location for hiking, which is what we came for. The apartment was light and cool in the summer, and a pleasure to stay in.

Spring Break ski trip
First time in Granby, because Fraser was sold out for skiing. So this was the closest we could get to Winter Park (30 min drive). So we skied one day at Granby also. Grandby was nice for one day for beginners. The unit is on the 3rd floor, in case you don't like stairs. They really need to throw out some of their old pans, wouldn't use them. Bring your own non-stick skillet, if they don't upgrade. Carpet in main rooms, so a little older styling. Sofa bed was ok. Also the key lock box was not easy to use, they should upgrade to a larger one. No communication on the garage, so we didn't end up using it. Overall ok, but the owner could invest a little $ into it to bring it up a level.

Lovely
Great location to many things. Very comfortable and clean. Great space. Was able to make some meals and do laundry which was helpful. Wish there were some better pots and pans (difficult to clean due to not being non-stick) but I was able to make do. Thanks!
