The decks off the back of the hotel with seating, hot tub, pool and fire pit were attractive and inviting. The “full” breakfast did not accommodate those in need of gf or dairy free foods.

Fantastic experience!

Amazing hotel. Staff welcomed my family and made us feel appreciated. Every encounter with the hotel employee was a pleasant experience. The dining at the restaurant was fantastic. Our room had all the amenities and was very clean. Hotel is hidden & surrounded by the most beautiful trees. I can't wait to bring my family back!

Just travelled across the U.S. and this was by far the best hotel we've stayed in yet. The building is beautiful and conveniently located off I 40. The hotel is set back with a beautiful pine forest behind it. If you have a pet, you can walk a little ways into the forest behind the building and enjoy the fresh air and pines. Staff was very professional and friendly. The hotel is also beautifully decorated with Native American art and includes a nice gift shop, lounge and restaurant. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet and the amenities were wonderful. Highly recommend if you are travelling in the area and/or going to Grand Canyon National Park. Many dining options are also available in the town of Williams just down the road from the hotel.

Checkin was a breeze it took less than 5 min. Parking was right up front luggage cadys were right at the froont door hotel was quiet and secluded there was even steak house inside the hotel breakfast was 5 star and all this for a very reasonable price this hotel was far beyond 5 stars

The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The area around the hotel is quiet, even peaceful. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast is great.

Stinky closet

Everything was very good except for a bad smell in the closet of our room. They immediately came and clean the closet out, but unfortunately the smell stayed. That was the only thing wrong with the room, but it was very overpowering. We had our room changed the next morning and they were very good about it, the food was wonderful was very good but I really believe that they knew that there was a smell in that closet
