WiFi was non existent. Could not get a steady connection or connect at all. When asked about it, was told to “move around the room”. I had to leave the property to do any sort of personal work. Stayed for 5 nights and house keeping did not come. Not only did they not come, the only attempt made was at 730 AM. 14$ Parking fee is a little much considering most nights it was full with bar/restaurant patrons.

Grand Vista in Grand Junction
The parking fee is new and a surprise. I have stayed here many times. It’s a great value! Comfort bed, nice room and Bathroom. Great view of the monument.

If you’re just sleeping or if you want to sit in the bar it’s awesome! But they nickel and dime you on every single thing. Parking is an extra charge, a 2nd guest (in what should have been double occupancy anyway) was a $10 up charge. Large vehicle $7 up charge! They took a $100 deposit (refundable). And the place for breakfast, Oliver’s was $30 for 2 cups of coffee, a croissant sandwich (with tasteless link sausages sausages cut in half & egg) and hash browns! That’s outrageous— and the coffee was bitter and lukewarm! Do not recommend that!

Check in took longer than expected as there was only one lady working. Room was clean and very spacious. Staff was friendly. We were sad that the hot tub was still broken.

Good - Wonderful stay and comfortable beds. Bad - they charge you $14 for parking and don’t mention it until you check-in. The hot tub was out of service and again you were not notified until you checked in.
