The Space:
The apartment features a designated workspace, perfect for remote work or study sessions. Stay connected with fast WiFi and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, and the laundry room on each floor provides convenience for longer stays. During the summer months, take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool located on the premises.
The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms, and there is an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. If you're traveling with little ones, we can provide a pack n play and high chair upon request.
There is NO central air in these units. There is a window air conditioner in the living room and bedroom only
Free parking is available in the lot behind the building. Subject to availability. There is also free street parking. To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment. The property is self-check-in so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include free parking (subject to availability), outdoor pool (open in summer months only), on-site fitness studio, coffee bar and laundry rooms on every floor. Each apartment has central heating and window A/C units. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras.

The town is easily accessible by car, with major highways like I-96, US 131, and M-6, and car rental services are readily available for those without personal vehicles. The public transit system, including The Rapid bus system and the free DASH Bus, covers key destinations and is cost-effective. For shorter trips, bike and scooter rentals through the "Lime" app provide a flexible alternative. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, as well as traditional taxis, offer additional mobility choices. Moreover, Grand Rapids' pedestrian-friendly layout allows easy walking access to numerous attractions, restaurants, shops, and parks within the downtown area.

• Please note that local residents are required to obtain prior authorization before booking with us. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our property and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• In some cases, the community may require additional FCRA compliant screening for guests. If required, we will provide further details on the screening process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our guests.
• For the safety and security of our owners and guests, we require all guests to sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes uploading a government-issued ID and a selfie. This process helps prevent fraudulent activity and protect the interests of everyone involved. Guests will be provided a boarding pass link with access to an online boarding pass that will have step-by-step instructions on how to access the property.
• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to Airbnb reservation.

Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility.
• For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations.
• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room. A pet fee applies: $20/night/pet, $100/week/pet, or $250/month/pet.
Property is pet friendly for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. Dogs must be potty trained and under 50lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.
• Please note that the outdoor pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. However, it is currently closed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
