The room we were originally supposed to have had a very bad musty smell and the floor was wet. The staff gave us a new room in much better condition. Other than that it was good.

Dirty towels (stained??), water turned off with no prior notice to entire hotel, had to get keycard reactivated because it was only activated for one day (we stayed for 3), mystery object floating in the pool. No elevator!
