I was charged another hotel charge after I had already paid for two hotel rooms from Expedia. The receptionist was awful. Wasn’t friendly, didn’t ask if I was a Hilton rewards member or give us any information about the complimentary breakfast. Another receptionist did fix my rewards when I asked later. I want a refund for the extra charges for the two rooms I booked.
The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. It was a continental breakfast. The turkey sausage breakfast bagel was already made ( not made to order) they were extremely hard!!! No other meat options. Nothing made to order!!! You need to do better!! I was extremely disappointed!!!
