Dirty filters ans vents
Vents in room covered in lint and dirt. Shined flashlight inside vent and filter was so dirty could barely tell it was a filter. When we turned heat on it smelled bad like something was burning. Couldve been first time heat been on in awhile but working in maintenance i knew that mostly from dirty filter. Me ans wife coughed whole time there. Didnt even stay the whole night. Got up around 2am and left to drive two hrs home because it was uncomfortable

Rooms were great! Plan ahead to see what the in house restaurant options, hours and service schedule will be, especially breakfast. Luckily there is a Chic-fil-a and a Biscuitville super close by. Having the refrigerator in room was helpful too.

We checked in on Friday. I had called the hotel earlier in the day & asked if I could get early check in & was advised they don’t do early check in. When I got here though, we checked in & our room was available right away. I was happy about that. The hotel is very big. The room was pretty clean. We were only here for 2 nights & came in for a graduation. We left out early Saturday morning. When we got back it seemed as if housekeeping had come to our room. However I wasn’t sure. Only one bed was made. It was like they came in, made one bed & left. Must be something new. They didn’t actually clean the room. There is a bar in the lobby that opens at 3pm. Went we went down there were good amount of people. However there was only one bartender working. A girl was there, we asked her for help, she just walked off. The bartender was only working one side of the bar. Meanwhile the people sitting on the other side of the bar were just sitting waiting to order. We waited for a good 20 - 30 minutes. Irvin came from the kitchen & he started helping the people that were neglected on the other side of the bar. I get that the bartender was busy but he didn’t even acknowledge any of the people on the other side. They should have at least two people at the bar especially on a weekend when there are a lot of events happening at the hotel and in the area. We ordered wings at the restaurant. They were awful. Who can get wings wrong! The chicken tenders and fries were ok.
