There was no power at the hotel and no backup generators for guests. I spent the entire night without electricity and air conditioning and had to get ready in the morning in the dark.

Barbara greeted us with a smile and the best service of any other hotel I’ve stayed in! Such a professional & friendly staff including housekeeping! Our room was spotless, the pool clean, the breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the cookies in the evening! You could walk everywhere too! I highly recommend staying here. Nice place to stay downtown Greenville
Great location for staying in downtown Greenville - right on Main Street so you can walk to all the shops, restaurants, Falls Park and Swamp Rabbit Trail. Love the layout of the room- benches for suitcases and plenty of room for multiple people to move around. Refrigerator is nice size and microwave in the room is a bonus. Bathroom has plenty of counter space for 2 ladies and LOVE that they use refillable pumps for hand soap and lotion. Beds are very comfortable and hotel was nice and quiet. Only cons were that there is no fan in the bathroom and our room had a bit of funky smell to it. Our cleaning lady sprayed some freshening spray but it didn’t completely get rid of the smell (most notable when entering the room but then you sort of got used to it and was OK)
