Staff was friendly. Hotel is under construction so I will not hold that against the. Room was very clean and stocked.

DO NOT STAY HERE! They are remodeling while still open. The kitchen had nothing to cook with - no tools, silverware, dinnerware, cookware. We were not informed on their listing of any of this or that they would require $150 placed on our credit card for damages. There was nothing to damage in the dirty and old room except the tv.

Not the best experience
At our arrival time there was no one at the desk to check us in. We found a sign saying to call a number if needed assistance, I called the number 4 times and finally reached someone and I had to tell the person that was there to be checked in. The person apparently lives in the Hotel! She came out of the elevator and with her top of wear in hands full of food. I was surprised. It gets better. We get checked in, we go to our room and we found our self’s in a double bed room. We go downstairs and we ask why did we get assigned that type of room. She responded, Ma'am that’s what you requested. I was oh no! I immediately open my app and show her what I had requested and paid for! I was so upset at this point. She had to make a phone call and manually change our room to a single BED. But it gets a lot better, during the night we couldn’t sleep cause the AC made a noise throughout the entire night. It was a nightmare! Hopefully it doesn’t happened to the next guest!

Adequate accommodation
The hotel appears to be undergoing a substantial renovation. Under the bed had not been vaccumed and the hair dryer didn't work. Location was convenient and quiet, though there appeared to be a homeless encampment in the woods across the street.

Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms are very dusty and dirty. Although the rooms are spacious, the kitchens have no dishes, pots, or pans, even after we were told there were. There are no toiletries in the bathrooms other than one shampoo and two half rolls of toilet paper. No one maintained the cleanliness of the hallways or stairwells, and the outside garbage cans were overflowing. There is construction happening, but there is no noise associated with it. The location was convenient.

Cat litter was all over the floor in our room when we checked in. The rooms next to ours were undergoing construction and the noise (and music) was obnoxious. The initial advertisement for this hotel said breakfast was included…it is not. They only have mediocre coffee available in the morning. I would not stay here again.Better value & quality to be found elsewhere.

Under Renovations
Wouldn't recommend this property at this time. Place was in disrepair in many parts. Couldn't get hand soap, or wash cloths from housekeeping. The ice machine for guest use was broken, therefore no ice.... Lastly, no comp breakfast and for that matter not even a morning cup of coffee...
