This amazing Main st. facing unit has a large balcony with opposing sofas for you to soak in the downtown experience. The entire unit was remodeled in 2019 and has brand new furnishings. It is a studio unit with a completely open floorplan. The bedroom area boasts a King size bed with luxury bedding. This studio can sleep 2 extra guest as well with its queen size sleeper sofa. It is very centrally located!

What a trip!!!
We loved our stay at this condo. Its cozy and adorable. The location is unmatched. The owners were quick to respond and so kind. Check in and out could not have been easier. We hiked, we biked ,we shopped, and we ate so many delicious meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Already looking forward to coming again!

My stay in Greenville was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants and exciting events. A Wonderful Find
The condo is beautifully designed in the center of Greenville. Our favorite part was the balcony. It was perfect for people watching as we enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Restaurants were only a short walk away. Dallas, thank you for sharing your Greenville home.

Perfect Place
The condo was in a perfect place. It was right in the heart of downtown. We parked the car and did not have to use it till the day we left. We walked everywhere. The place had everything we needed plus more. They thought of everything. The bed was extremely comfortable. We will be back!

The Main St. location, updated furnishings, wonderful balcony, cleanliness and ease of access exceeded all of our expectations. The only “dings” - outdated, dual remotes for tv and unsightly dust on fans.We will definitely rent again!

Loved this property! Location was unbeatable. We were right in the middle of downtown with a view of Main Street in the winter so still lit for Christmas. Food, entertainment, hiking, sights, nightlife, and much more all immediately accessible. Owner has decorated tastefully and stocked generously

We were there 12/22-12/25 and felt right in the middle of holiday celebrations! The location was perfect. The condo was exactly as shown. Lots of upgrades and the bedding was super comfortable. The balcony was a plus! We used the parking garage as on street parking is limited. It was right outside the building entrance.

Communication was excellent through the entire process from booking to check out. The condo is well appointed and stocked with all the little things you may forget to pack for your trip. The location could not be better if you are looking for a place centralized to downtown Greenville. Walking distance to to almost everything! Balcony overlooking S. Main Street with street musicians that made the street come alive and with all the lights and beautiful trees made you feel like you were in a Hallmark movie. I can’t express in words how wonderful our stay was in this condo and wouldn’t look for another place to stay when we return again. Very clean and top notch appliances throughout with an extremely comfortable bed and cozy sitting area with chairs and couch. Thank you again for the wonderful accommodations, service, and experience!!! Bruce

Awesome unit. Only issue we had no internet due to the hurricane,so we could not watch TV. Secondly the fire alarm went off twice. The first time at around 11:30-12:00 pm Then again around 4:30 am. So we got up and left to return home.

We will be back!
We had an amazing weekend in Greenville! Such a clean, and beautiful condo in a beautiful city. The condo was exactly as pictured. Right in the middle of everything! Every afternoon, me and my husband rested on the patio listening to street musicians playing violin. We walked to everything, and did not use our car one time. Great restaurants and shopping all around. I have passed on the condo info to family and friends, we will 100% be back!

Most relaxing vacation ever
It may sound crazy that this was my most relaxing vacation ever, but it was. Between the apartment, decor, location, and the amazing balcony it made it so easy to relax and rest. With the balcony overlooking the main street I never felt I was missing anything even when lounging upstairs. I've told all my friends about this place already. And hopefully we'll be back very soon.
