The ladies at the front counter and the ladies serving breakfast gave top tier customer service. However I didn't like the way I felt like me and my kid's were watched our entire stay, from the male staff.

Manager/Owner is very unpleasant and unprofessional. When rooms were “cleaned” it was done very poorly. Hotel in a dangerous area. Will not stay again or recommend.

The staff was very nice, and the hotel was clean, though aged. However, our room was hot, and the AC did not work well. In all fairness to the staff, we did not complain. However, it was obvious that this unit was not functioning well, and the staff should have noted it during their room cleaning and fixed it.

Hotel Less the > Hospitality.

Mangement is of the mind of money over service manners. If a room is your only concern, a place to lay your head, SureStay may be the place for you. However, if a need arises that pits management in the space of providing solid, guest services against a little room revenue - then room revenue will surely win. In short - I was told from the Night Auditor that I would not be charged if I checked out by 1230pm and I checked out well before that time and I was yet charged for a room that I did NOT stay in or utilize in any capacity. Could have been because of other factors that presented themselves in a darker tone or maybe providing service to travelers is a nonexistent element in lodging at SureStay Greenwood. If you are a guests that may need or expect an extension of grace and emphathy with your accommodations- this would very prove to not be the property for you.

Best you can get in the area?

The rooms were dark and old. Everything was ok, but did not feel comfortable or clean. We had a room that had a sliding glass door to the court yard and there were people there through out the night with cars driving up and being handed things. It also smelt like smoke and marijuana throughout. The pool was ok but had a dead frog in it. Breakfast was good, a mix of hot options and cold. Clean breakfast area and super kind attendant.
