Not the Best Experience
The staff was very friendly however we reserved a room with 4 beds and only receive a room with 3. No extra blankets or pillows were available to accommodate the mix up. I wouldn't stay here again as none of the staff could really provide a solution to the room mix up and one of us ended up sleeping on the floor with a throw pillow and a small sheet.

Good Location for Lavender Viewing
This was a solid choice because of it's proximity to lavender fields and the villages of Valensole and Greoux-les-Bains. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, but our rooms lacked air conditioning, which was a bit of a bummer since it was unexpectedly hot during our stay! This isn't the resort's fault, we knew it wouldn't and booked anyway The staff did not speak a ton of English, but were very, very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again, but perhaps in the spring or fall.

We traveled with our child and checkin wasn’t available for 2.5hiurs past the checkin time, they weren’t able to put us is a room with a double bed as requested and the room was dirty. The breakfast restaurant was in even worse conditions, dirty dishes and tables. An awful experience.

Room was not exactly as advertised - no balcony, small room, no tea and coffee facilities in room, property aging and needs maintenance, bathroom not so clean The grounds are wonderful - lots of facilities for families - small animal farm, resident peacocks, tennis, walks. Some of the activities are only available if you hire with an external provider & have larger groups, were over 18 - Possibly better access mid summer. Would be helpful if reception staff had access to more information/booking/age restrictions .. our sons were very disappointed

Die Anlage und das Haupthaus sind recht ansprechend und es wird viel angeboten! Wir hatten ein Mobilheim gebucht, leider war es weder Klimatisiert, was bei 38 grad schon einer Sauna gleicht und im Gegensatz zu den Mobilheimen im vorderen Teil der Anlage auch nicht im Schatten! Wir waren zum Glück nur 3 Nächte dort, mehr wäre nicht zumutbar gewesen! Das sehr nette Personal muss man aber dennoch hervorheben!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances au Chateau Laval. Nous avons privilégié l hotel en demi pension. Petit déjeuner et dîner variés et très bons. Logements plutôt grands avec de nombreux rangements..(pas de clim mais il fait frais le soir donc pas gênant) puis de toutes façons, tout se passe à l exterieur.. Grand domaine, grandes piscines, hamman, sauna, coirs de tennis, tables de ping pong etc..nombreuses activités diverses et variées toimus les jours mais surtout super équipe d'animation.. les enfants ont adoré et les parents ont pu se reposer et profiter!

Séjour paisible
Séjour paisible et au calme mais avec multiples activités pour qui veut. Le personnel et les animateurs sont souriants et agréables. Seul bémol l'absence d'une petite épicerie qui permettrait de se dépanner en pain et en croissant par exemple. Il faut penser à réserver la veille mais j'imagine que c'est pour éviter les invendus.
