We enjoyed the room, it was very clean. Maid service was wonderful. However, the reception staff was terrible. They were on the personal cell phones a lot. Never actually smiled through out the check-in and acted as if they were doing us a favor. In addition the reception staff never actually acknowledged us with a hello, buenos dias or buenas trades. You walk right by the reception every time you go in or out and we were there for 4 days...

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was kind and courteous. Restaurant offers a great selection of food, and staff were nice and welcoming. Easy access to taxis, Uber and metro, if needed. Walkable to main attractions and restaurants. Family friendly. Would definitely recommend this place!
