Location:Location itself is a bit far from anywhere, but MTR works quite fine. Around this area there are really nothing to see, old apartments that looks like
I took this hotel because thought would be 4.5 stars. Well, it is not. Environment itself is 4+ stars, but staff are 1-. Most of them does not speek proper english and they have no education to do the job, looks like people just taken from the street to do the job.
Few examples: Getting a laundry took 3x phone calls, 2x visit in room until finished. Laundry itself was ok, no complains.
Restaurant they have very nice food in breakfast and dinner buffet, but... Restaurant is full of trainees. "Could I have cop of tea please?" in most cases didn't work, needed to come some another person to do the job. Also if you leave your table for 2 minutes to pick up more food from buffet, your table might be cleaned and gone. So please take some jacket with you to keep the table "reserved".
There is a business room, yes. Took 15 minutes to get PC online and a paper printed with a 3 hotel persons involved with the troubles. In in end I needed to give some extra help them too. So prepare time for that. Internet in rooms overall is useless for business, because most important services (google, vpn etc.) blocked and Secure connections disconnecting all the time. The thing normally takes 2 minutes to do in banking system took 30 minutes in Hotel Internet connection. So can not recommend this hotel to anyone who need to work in there.
