Located on the 2nd floor of Building One, Surfside Shores offers convenient access to fantastic restaurants, entertainment, and shopping options, just one mile off of Hwy 59. The unit is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including all new smart TVs. Plus, with two pools and two kiddie pools, there's plenty of opportunity for fun in the sun. The outdoor pools are even heated in the cooler months for year-round enjoyment.

This is a non-smoking unit, both inside and outside (including porches and balconies). No boats, trailers, motor homes, jet skis, or golf carts are allowed in the designated parking area. Be sure to prepay for the number of passes needed for your reservation and display your parking pass on your vehicle at all times.

Beach trip

The condo was right on the beach with an amazing veiw. But it should have been cleaned a little better. The chairs around the ding table still had food on them from previous tenants. Easy fix. But when we turned on the oven to heat a pizza the smoke alarm went off and the place was full of smoke from the dirty oven. Had to rewash dishes so we could use them. Beds were full of sand and the comforters needed washed. We stripped the beds and washed them so we could sleep in them.Cleaners need to do a better job. It is a nice place to stay just needed cleaning.

The beach was good to us…

We lost our grandson almost two years ago in October and we brought our daughter, his mother. It was tranquil and very peaceful and will be back. We spent much needed time together. You have a great place. Thanks again Lisa

Location location location!!!

This was a wonderful location!! The beach was just beautiful and literally out the back door. The condo was well cared for and comfortable furnishing. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy family.

Fall Break Getaway

Our family decided to take one more trip to the beach this year. We love the location of the condo! Condo had everything we needed! Definitely would return and stay at this condo. Had a couple of small issues, called the owners and someone was there within 3 hours to handle things.

Perfect view

My mom and I took my 2 children for a quick escape to the beach. We enjoyed the condo and absolutely loved the view. It was the perfect level to see the ocean. We could easily see the dolphins go by. There was also an easy beach access and beach loungers to rent if you like. We had a great stay!

Nice spot!

We enjoyed staying here for our weekend getaway with friends to celebrate our anniversary. Condo was nice. Needs some updating throughout, like the paint on the walls needs to be redone, the balcony light didn’t work and the mattress in the 2nd bedroom was so hard that we had to go buy a mattress topper so that it could be slept on. Oh, there’s also NO hot tub!! The pics make it look like there’s one but there isn’t. Besides that everything else was perfect!

Great stay!

The condo was perfect! The only issue we had was that we didn’t know ahead of time that we couldn’t put up our canopy on the beach. Apparently, there is a rule for that stretch of beach and it would have been good to know that ahead of time. We ended up having to go buy umbrellas. It seemed to be an issue for several other folks staying at Surf Side as well. The sign down by the pool was the only mention of it and by that time, everyone was already dragging canopies around.

Last week of Summer break

My husband and I decided to spend a few days at the beach with our teen daughter the week before her Senior year starts. The condo was clean and the perfect size for us. It was a short walk to the beach, and the pool was clean and convenient. The view from the balcony is stunning!

Great location and wonderful view!

This property was great. It was in a great location and the view was beautiful. Just a few steps from the beach. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were fine (water pressure, etc.) My only suggestion would be to have beach chairs and maybe a cooler available for the guests. (We flew so couldn't bring such items).Renting of beach chairs is available but it would have been nice to just have them on hand. Overall, it was a great stay for our first time on the Gulf. Would most definitely stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality!

Quality Place

The view was nice. Saw dolphins most mornings. The condo is in a convenient location for visiting restaurants and activities. It is an older condo unit, but it has been updated some. Tubs/showers could use some updating, but adequate. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean but needed a little more attention. (Saw smudges on the balcony glass doors, small food particles in microwave and on the table mats. It wasn’t like gross. It just needed a few minutes of care. I would just throw the table mats away and not use them.) The sofa and chairs are adequate, but will soon need to be replaced. The balcony furniture is nice. The gulf2beach staff was very attentive to our needs and questions. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this condo.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Its located right on the beach, which was perfect. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The condo came furnished with everything that we needed. Restaurants are within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little condo!

This condo faces the Gulf and the pool. It’s on the second floor, so the stairs are as easy as the elevator. As soon as you leave the pool, you’re on the beach (except for the foot wash station and a maybe 20 foot wooden walkway.) All the furniture is comfortable - beds, den, balcony - and perfect for four people.

Great spot for a weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The management service was absolutely fantastic and texted us all information in real time. I really enjoyed having an actual human on the other end of the line to answer all of our questions! We had maintenance come out to fix the keypad while we were there and they arrived quickly and they were super kind. Sleeping arrangements were tight for 5 people but we made it work and there is a great sofa bed in the living room ! 3 beds total including the pull out couch
