Coastal Comfort is a beautiful luxury 8 bd, 8.5 ba custom beachfront home with elevator and private pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day on 100' of sugar white beach. Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day).

Main Floor features large great room, 3 King bedrooms (one is handicap accessible), a laundry, a pool bath. The top floor has a total of 5 bedrooms (1 King, 4 of them each have a pair of queens), plus a family room, another laundry, a wet bar.

Great porches on both levels with space for dining and lounging around the pool on the main living floor.

Underneath you find a ping-pong table, a big grill and hammocks.

Sorry! NO COLLEGE GROUPS. We welcome teams, church groups, faculty-sponsered groups. Please note we are unable to rent to unchaperoned college groups or groups under the age of 25.

House was beautiful and spotless. Lots of room to roam. Beach access vouldnt be more convenient. The pool was a bonus feature that I loved having. We had a perfect week with perfect weather.

Reunion

The house and location were perfect for our group. Everyone had their own private bathroom for each room, and the views were amazing. The kids swam constantly in the heated pool. It does cost more to have the pool heated. But it was totally worth it. We would love to stay here again!

65 is a Beach!

Highschool friends, 8 couples were celebrating their 65 birthdays. The location was perfect, quiet beach, beautiful water. The house felt very spacious with 16 people there at all times. Rooms all had private bathes and 2 living spaces. Kitchen and eating areas were perfect. The BEST stocked kitchen I have ever seen at VRBO. We cooked everynight in and could not believe the variety of cook and bake ware. The elevator was so appreciated by all for unloading groceries and gear. Beach access THE BEST! We were pleasently surprised by the amount of chairs and beach gear made available to us by the owners. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and lots of children's sand toys. Memories were made and with pictures that will last a life time. Can not say enough nice things about this property. Would give it 10 stars.

Great place for family

There were 9 of us total and we had more than enough room to spread out when we wanted some alone time. We loved having our own spot on the beach as well as the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and plenty of fridge space.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!

This house was amazing. It easily accommodated our large group; the home is decorated beautifully. Very large rooms; comfortable beds plenty of space. The heated pool was a plus; we enjoyed every single room of the house. The staff was first class. Right on the ocean; all views were fabulous. It was the best vacation ever!

Overall, great house for large family

Great size, layout for our family gathering. Double appliances (i.e. cook tops, ovens, refrigerators, washer/dryers) and large sitting areas really make a difference. Excellent ocean view and easy access to beach. ONLY drawback... no gas grill?? We made due with the weber kettle grill provided, but the fact the owner invested in all the appliances in the house and passed on a nice big gas grill was a little disappointing, especially in a location that is a little more remote where you should plan on cooking most nights.

Perfect Multi-Family House!!

This property was perfect for our group of 5 families. We had 10 adults, 3 teens and 11 younger kids (4-11). The bedroom setup was perfect! The best part was having the private bathroom in each of the 8 bedrooms. The house easily accommodated our large group with plenty of chairs and furniture both for eating and lounging. The property was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The location was just far enough from the condo district of GS to have a nice amount of space between properties. The beach was sparsely populated. Having a pool at the house was absolutely perfect for the kids. I would highly recommend this property and stay again in a heartbeat!

Best rental property ever!

The house was amazing and beautiful. My elderly mother was able to go with us because their was one room handicap accessible and the house had a elevator. Loved the walk away to the beach. Great stay!

Amazing Beach House

This house is amazing. Exceeded expectations. The floor plan, amenities and kitchen were the best. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. The pool was perfect. We loved having a boardwalk that took us all the way to the beach. We hated to leave.

Great stay! Beautiful property.

This property is beautiful. It’s up to date and doesn’t have that cheesy beach decor that’s outdated. Thee kitchen is by far the highlight of the house! Has everything you need. You don’t have to bring anything! Loved that every single room had its own bathroom so no one had to share. The private beach was a short walk. Not overcrowded like the public beaches. The only thing Is to watch out for jelly fish! Half of our group got stung so we mainly hung out at the pool. We would definitely come back. Great location- not overcrowded.

This beach home was amazing! It has everything you would possibly need! I love that the beach is not crowded like staying in a typical condo. We had 16 people total and had more than enough room! We thought this was a one-time beach family vacation, but we loved it so much, we will be back next summer and can not wait!! Thank you again!

Great stay

We had a much needed relaxing break and change of scenery for a week. Although there was limited access to the beach due to covid19 we enjoyed the pool. sun, and view. We had the whole beach to ourselves! Very few families were here. The house is huge and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is a cooks dream. We didn’t order food once. Walmart was very close and had all the groceries we needed. We will definitely be back. Favorite beach trip ever!
