Following hurricane Sally, Beach Bum underwent huge renovations and now has beautiful new outside siding, paint and shutters, new flooring, and new staircase. The kitchen sports new cabinets, a granite countertop and large sunken stainless-steel sink. All appliances, including the full-size washer/dryer, are new or less than 2 years old. Whether you prefer lounging on the beach, enjoying some fishing, bicycling, or hanging by the pool, Beach Bum is the place for your next beach getaway!
On the main level of the home: a fully equipped kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, range and dishwasher, an open living area with an LED Smart TV with DVD player, a sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep 2 and a half bath. There is a lovely dining area that seats 6, perfect for enjoying a meal. Beach Bum also features free WiFi, Internet and a storage room downstairs for all of your pool and beach items. Sit on the deck overlooking the pool or in the shade under the house and relax.
The primary bedroom is located on the main level and has a king-size bed, with an in-suite bath and an LED Smart TV with DVD player. The primary bedroom also features updated furniture.
On the second level, guests will find 2 bedrooms. Bedroom #2 is equipped with a Queen sized bed and an LED Smart TV. Bedroom #3 features 2 twin beds and an LED TV. Guests in bedrooms #2 and #3 will share the hallway bath with adjoining laundry room.

While Beach Bum is Pet Friendly; limited to 2 per side. Guests are required to monitor their pet and clean up after them. The pet must be pre-approved. Pet must be leashed when outside of the property. 45 pounds max weight per pet with fees.
