My family and I have stayed in multiple condos in GS/OB for 30 years now. This unit was simply the best condo in regards to the dishes, utensils, appliances, etc. that were available. There was even a selection of beach chairs, toys, books, and games all to use. The unit was very spacious as well, with plenty of elbow room. Even the smallest bedroom didn't feel too cramped. We were very impressed.
The layout of the condo itself seems slightly strange at first, as you enter a small vestibule area that splits to a hallway to the right and the kitchen directly ahead. But this turned out to be an amazing thing, as there were no "traffic jams" trying to get in/out the door while someone was cooking in the kitchen.
As with most condos, the furniture was adequate, but this is really only an issue if the weather is foul or at night before hitting bed. (Though the dining table chairs are uncomfortable for prolonged seating and need new seat springs.) I would love to see some better seating options on the balcony, but that's me just being picky.
The complex itself was only about 14 units. Parking could be a little tight in season, if all the units are occupied. But we did not have that problem with a per-Memorial Day stay.
Location is almost perfect out on West Beach Blvd. The only slight downside is the nearby public beach, a larger complex next door, and a lot of foot traffic from deeded access the street. We will likely stay here again.
