Our studio condo is located at Gulf Shores Resort Conference Center just a short drive from Fort Morgan. The resort has several pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, and many other amenities. We are located on ground level very close to one of the pools which is perfect for those who do not want to climb stairs or take the elevator. Please message with any questions prior to booking. Beautiful, family-friendly, updated resort studio sunsuite at Gulf Shores Resort Conference Center. This cozy condo has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. This is a bottom-floor unit with no stairs to climb. The condo is located on the beach side, with no roads to cross, and only a short walk to the spectacular sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Our studio is the perfect place for a couple, a small family, or a small group of friends. New queen sofa sleeper. Once you get your groceries and supplies, there's really no reason to leave. For the avid golf player, the world-famous Kiva Dunes Golf Course is located within walking distance. Our condo has all of the supplies you need. Brand new mattress and 43” TV. We have a Keurig and regular coffee pot. We have a first aid kit for any minor little mishaps that may happen. We have a sound machine for those who need that "extra" little white noise to help you sleep or to drown out any other noises. Really, it is a home away from home. Linens and start-up supplies are provided. There is a laundry facility located in the next closest building to our unit that takes quarters or credit/debit cards ($2.00 per load). Charcoal grills are located throughout the resort. If you would rather not cook, but do not want to leave the resort, Sassy Bass is located in building 5 of the resort. Gulf Shores Resort Conference Center is the perfect vacation spot. It is located away from the crowds, but less than 14 miles from the entertainment in Gulf Shores. Come and enjoy your stay at our resort condo. SORRY, NO PETS (resort rules.)

Shop at the Tanger Outlet Mall, OWA, and the Wharf. Great restaurants. Close to the Historic Fort at Fort Morgan. Take the Mobile Bay Ferry over to Dauphin Island. Parasailing and banana boat rides during peak seasons. Try Gulf State Park and enjoy over 28 miles of hiking or biking on paved/boardwalk trails. The annual Shrimp Festival in October is always great. The Hangout Music Festival in May is an experience to remember. Take a charter boat out for fishing or go on a dolphin cruise. Golf at Kiva Dunes, Peninsula, Gulf Shores Golf Club, Craft Farms, and many others. Kiva Dunes is just a three-minute walk from our condo.

Quiet, cozy little condo unit. Very close to the beach- easy, short walk; and directly next to the condo unit poolside- if you want a quiet night, pool dip. One queen size bed sleeps two; and the pull-out couch will sleep an additional two- ideal for kids, but probably not suited for older adults. Full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and 2 coffee makers will make families happy. Plenty of cleaning supplies, bakeware, mugs, glasses, silverware/cutlery, utensils was a huge plus. The units next door have bar/grill, and spa/exercise My only criticisms of the unit was that the bathroom is very small (for parties over 2 people), and bathroom is a little tired, and dated. Our additional linens and pillows were dirty, and had some ‘stuff’ on them- so we didn’t use them. Linens on the beds were fine. As the owner states- be aware of the parking fees. Reasonable rates, and the secure/gated entry/parking security ensures the safety of all who stay at the Plantation condo units. Above all, if you are looking for an affordable, quiet, cozy place to stay; very close to the beach, with some good amenities- then this is the place for you! Locale is beautiful, in the remote west end of Ft Morgan/Gulf Shores. If you plan on doing ‘the strip’ off Gulf Shores Parkway, you will absolutely need a car, as it is 12 mi. Nonetheless, our family of 4- 2 adults and 2 teenagers loved our quiet stay, steps from the beach. Owner was extremely courteous, and communication was great!

The coziest studio on the beach!
The owners were the sweetest people ever. They were so generous and wanted us to enjoy our stay. They were very quick to answer all messages. The short walk to the beach was so pretty with the greenery and gardens. We loved sitting on the balcony while listening to music, and they had adorable wine glasses for us to use. The bed was so comfortable and it was just enough space for my fiancé and I. We cooked dinner one night and loved how the tv turned to face the kitchen. We had a BLAST and cannot wait to be back soon.

The condo perfectly met our needs and expectations. Liked the Fort Morgan location away from the congested areas,, Easy drive to restaurants, excellent access to private beach,, pool next to condo. The property complex is well maintained. My wife, who is physically impaired needed assistance getting out of bed due to the limited space between the wall and bed. Great location and studio is as cute as advertised.
Great location and the studio is as cute as advertised. The hosts are AMAZING with communicating also very quick to respond when we had questions. Loved that we were close to the hot tub, beach, and sand volleyball court. The weather was warm but the outdoor pool was way too cold to swim in (which makes complete sense). I only mention the outdoor pool because during the warmer season when the water would be warm the pool is right out the door and the view from the small deck at night was very peaceful. The hot tub being near was nice during the daytime to relax in. In the evening there seemed to be younger adults in it that were a group and were enjoying their music quite loud for a bit but quieted down before it was too late in the evening. This place was the perfect place for us to stay for visiting family and we will absolutely be recomending to others. Thank you for letting us use your happy place.

Sweet Beach Stay
This unit is very nice for a short stay close to the beach. It is about a two block walk to the waters edge. The white sand beach is beautiful, but we had cool weather and rain so beach activities were limited. There is a very nice indoor swimming pool that was a treat on a rainy day and the drive and visit to Fort Morgan was very informative.

Away from the Crowds!
We love the Fort Morgan area and have made Plantation our "Go To" place when we visit family in Foley. It's a great escape from the commercialized properties and souvenir shops. We don't come here for that! Our hosts have a really nice, clean, comfortable, and attractive property to rent. We've already book with them again!
