There are better in the area.

Room could use a refresh. Paint and carpet were worn, trim damaged by pets, and mildew in the shower/tub. Missing some basic essentials like a coffee maker, hairdryer, and ice vending on the floors. Linens were very threadbare as well.

The hotel is filthy. The staff is incompetent. They marked my room as unused so while I was asleep, management came in and started yelling at me from the door to come to the desk. Then get angry at me because I had the audacity to be upset that they scared me. I never received an apology, only excuses. They then proceeded to get mad at me for saying a curse word because I was scared. If you enjoy people coming into your room even when the door is dead bolted, mildew everywhere, and an unapologetic staff, please stay here

READ the bad reviews and trust them. Walking through ahead of time I missed the little things like the walls are filthy and stained everywhere. The room was so bad. Couldn’t even sit children on the sofa sleeper that was covered in stains and sagging. The sofa just needs to be thrown away. The room had stains all over the walls that appeared to be vomit, diarrhea or squished roach because we did find one in a corner where we did find some spots. There was layers of dust hanging from the Light fixtures, fire, sprinklers, and ceiling. The kitten area had a cabinet missing with exposed pipes, glad my young children were not with me. There was not water pressure in the kitchen area or room with the king bed. The only area that had any pressure was the sink and the bedroom with the double beds. The pressure was so low the ice maker in the fridge only produced a cup of ice in 24 hours and the facility does not have ice machines. With the exception of one girl in the morning, the staff could not answer most questions. The pool area was stained, over chlorinated and falling apart. This facility needs to be shut down and had a deep cleaned by a professional cleaning company. There is no way the owners nor management of this hotel walk by all these things and not pick up a rag and clean it. Truly disgusting.

Good bang for your buck. I did not like that if you need new towels, you are required to take your old towels down to the front desk and they’ll replace with clean ones. Also, there is a stinch on the 4th floor. Likely because this is an extended stay hotel and you have people with dogs here as well as folks cooking. The pictures are misleading as this hotel looks very old. Nonetheless, the bed was comfortable and there is a refrigerator and stove here. However, no pots or pans are provided so if you plan on cooking, bring your own cookware.
