Great place to stay, relax and unwind.
Traveling with two small dogs and this hotel was great. There was plenty of grassed area to walk and exercise them. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property itself was clean and quiet. My only complaint was there was a tear in the carpet by the bathroom. My toddler and myself h clipped our feet on something sharp because of it. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

We were in town to visit family for two nights, the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the only complaint we had was that the A/C in the room was really loud. This hotel will somewhere we will stay again.

Nice property but they need new night staff.
We booked an accessible room with a king bed. When we arrived the front desk agent was no where to be found and by the time she appeared 3 of us were waiting to check in. Upon arriving in our room we noticed that the bed was not a king size. We went back to the front desk, where another guest was having an issue with the agent, and told her about the problem. The lady argued with us about what we had booked and we showed her the confirmation. She then informed us that they didn’t have a king accessible so she had just downgraded us, without asking. We explained we needed a king bed and she then told us that the property didn’t even offer accessible rooms with king beds, basically that typeof room did not exsist. We requested we be switched to a room with a king and just had to take an non-accessible room.and deal the best we could. We contacted hotels.com and while helping us work through the issue the hotel itself refused to answer the phone to speak to customer service. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I could not sleep however because the guest on the floor above was walking around their room most of the night and our ceiling kept creaking. It is awkward entering the hotel and actually accessing your room, plus the night desk agent never gave us instructions on how to get to our room at all. The housekeeping staff and breakfast attendent were very pleasant. Overall good location with a lot in the area.

These has been our go to hotel for years now and it never disappoints the staff it always kind and the breakfast is wonderful. I love that for my family of 5 my two teens have different beds and my husband and I have our own room with room for our toddler as well. The location is great and right down to road from all the restaurants and shopping. If You’ve got a family this is the place and the price is unbeatable. Also the pool is great

The two bedroom suite only had one bathroom, my mother in law needed her own bathroom. There were only two mirrors in the suite and both of them were in the bathroom. Never been in hotel suite like this in my life and I have traveled a lot.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff was great. The only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom the toilet ran and the water pressure was bad. Carpet needs to be replaced. I will definitely book again if needed.
