On the first level, you'll find one bedroom and one bathroom ensuite and a convenient foosball table to keep guests entertained. As you climb up the stairs into the main area, you'll find an open floor plan that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen together. Fix yourself a cold or warm beverage and unwind in the large and comfortable sofa as you stream your favorite Netflix shows on the flatscreen TV. The kitchen offers all the modern appliances and utensils to prepare full-course meals, quick snacks on the go, delicious breakfasts, and so much more! You can take advantage of the gas grill available in the balcony to step up your cooking game. On this level, you'll also find a half bathroom. And last, but not least, the upper level features three more bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them ensuite).

Wasatch Mountain Getaway is located in a gorgeous and new development with plenty of outdoor space during the summer and easy access into Park City for wintertime activities. Outdoor enthusiasts will be thrilled to know that the Jordanelle Reservoir is less than eight miles away for even more outdoor activities throughout the year. There is a community pavilion with a few picnic tables and a playground area for small children. Downtown Park City is six miles away and boasts three ski areas, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, and the Canyons - Vail - Ski Slopes. Park City also has a Main Street complete with art galleries, eateries, high-end restaurants, and beautiful boutiques. We really enjoyed our quiet, calm stay here. It was spotless, new, lots of beds and bathrooms. One point of notice, this felt located closer to Park City than Heber. Not a big deal but still good to know.

Good family retreat
The property itself is nice and accommodated our family of five well. It is a easy drive to get to skiing and downtown Park City. The cleaning and communication with the property management is what made this a 4 star vs 5 star review. We were shorted towels and I never got a response from Vacasa when I asked for more (I called and emailed.) The cleaning service was fair. We found food and other people's hair in several of the rooms. Someone came into the property to take out the trash and put it on the curb. That is understandable, but it would have been nice to have a text letting us know when they were coming. Also placing the trash can somewhere besides the middle of the driveway would have been preferred, although there was snow that blocked the area. Overall, property is nice, but next time I'll look for a property that is not managed by Vacasa.

Spacious and beautiful
This large condo is new and big. The kitchen is wonderful and very well equipped. We loved having a garage and Park City mountain ski area was only a 12 minute drive. We would happily stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood and area were great for taking my daily walk workout, nice hills. The drive to the ski hills was simple and easy, most times you can get over in 15 minutes even with the little line of traffic. Love the tankless water heater -everyone had a nice hot shower. Had issues trying to regulate the lower level temp but eventually started bumping the middle thermostat up at dinner time to help the lower level be warm by bedtime. Then turned it back down in the morning. Thanks again.

Great Place for a ski weekend in Park City
We took a trip over Presidents Day Weekend with another family. This brand new home was perfect for us! Their was plenty of room to sleep all 7 of us. the kitchen was large and spacious and there was room for all of us to eat at the table. WiFi was fast and reliable. Laundry room was a must for all of us and we were so grateful to have it. All bathrooms were well appointed and clean as a whistle. Beds were comfortable too. We spent 2 days skiing and snowboarding at Park City Mountain and The Canyons. The property was about 10 minutes away! There were racks in the garage to hang our skis and snowboards and an area to take off boots in the garage downstairs. This was a great value for the money, we would definitely stay here again.
